Great stay! Would stay again.
Pros:

The suites were cozy apartments. Great staff!

Cons:

The lever to switch from bath faucet to shower head wouldn’t fully switch to the shower head. Shower was fine.

Nice hotel, I would recommend
Pros:

The location was great, not very far from everything. I appreciate the long hours for breakfast and the 24/7 “snack store”.

Cons:

It was annoying I had to pay for parking. I wasn’t aware of that until I saw signs in the parking lot.

Pros:

Easy stay after visiting the nearby zoo. Very clean, comfortable bed. TVs don't have streaming option, which is so frustrating! A bit noisy outside from the street activity -- would probably be quite loud if there was an event at the stadium. Parking cost $15.99 overnight via an app.

Overall a good experience, staff was very professional
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the suite was nice. My main complaint was it seemed the central A/C was out so the hallways were hot and the window A/C was only kinda sufficient in the room

Would stay here again, but put AC in your hallways!
Pros:

Location to Chi Event Center was great. We had 3 moms and 3 daughters, so the two bedroom suite was so nice to have. Popcorn in lobby was good!

Cons:

Only complaint was how hot the hallways were. So hot! No AC and we would sweat just trying to get down to the lobby. Yuck!

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and we were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

I'm disappointed that the bed sheets were stained the first night we stayed. The expectations I had were that the bed I was sleeping in was clean with new sheets before we checked in. We requested new linens and remade our own beds.

Pros:

The location was perfect, easy drive from zoo and within walking distance to several places to eat. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Cons:

The floors and walls could be cleaned better. There was a lot of dirt and hair along the baseboards. The wall next to the sink also had something sticky on it in the kitchen.

The beds were super comfortable. I loved the extra suite space with the roll out bed for my 7 year old!

Maybe 3.5 stars over 3 days
Pros:

Stayed here because it was highly rated by tripadvisor. The location was good for what we needed. The parking lot seemed rather safe, but, it was $15/night, so keep that in mind.

The room was adequate for us. Spacious. Clean. Everything worked.

Every time we went down for breakfast, the area was either dirty (food crumbs on floor and tables), or was too crowded. It seems that either they've got too much furniture in the area, or its just laid out incorrectly. Made the whole breakfast sitting area kinda uninviting.

Street noise seems to go on all night long. We stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. Cant imagine how loud it is on the weekends.

I liked the room and the adjoining parking lot, which is somewhat shared w/ the Hampton Inn next door.

I'd probably consider a more quiet property next time, though. Something a little more out of the downtown area.
