Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and we were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

I'm disappointed that the bed sheets were stained the first night we stayed. The expectations I had were that the bed I was sleeping in was clean with new sheets before we checked in. We requested new linens and remade our own beds.

Pros:

The location was perfect, easy drive from zoo and within walking distance to several places to eat. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Cons:

The floors and walls could be cleaned better. There was a lot of dirt and hair along the baseboards. The wall next to the sink also had something sticky on it in the kitchen.

The beds were super comfortable. I loved the extra suite space with the roll out bed for my 7 year old!

Maybe 3.5 stars over 3 days
Pros:

Stayed here because it was highly rated by tripadvisor. The location was good for what we needed. The parking lot seemed rather safe, but, it was $15/night, so keep that in mind.

The room was adequate for us. Spacious. Clean. Everything worked.

Every time we went down for breakfast, the area was either dirty (food crumbs on floor and tables), or was too crowded. It seems that either they've got too much furniture in the area, or its just laid out incorrectly. Made the whole breakfast sitting area kinda uninviting.

Street noise seems to go on all night long. We stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. Cant imagine how loud it is on the weekends.

I liked the room and the adjoining parking lot, which is somewhat shared w/ the Hampton Inn next door.

I'd probably consider a more quiet property next time, though. Something a little more out of the downtown area.

Pros:

Hotel cómodo para familias. Personal muy agradable. Desayuno bien, siempre alargan la hora establecida.

Cons:

Aparcamiento de pago. No limpian la habitación durante la estancia y eso se nota también e nivel global.

Have already recommended to family as a great place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded expectation. Especially liked the breakfast burritos, coffee and wait service.
The full kitchen with cook top, large refridgerator, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster and sink.The separate sleeping area was very beneficial and the pull out with appropriate bedding already in closet showed how Homewood Suites really cared about their guests comfort and complete experience.

Pros:

This place was so clean and the rooms were spacious. The free breakfast and coffee was also amazing and the staff was very nice, respectful and helpful with anything we needed.

We had a nice time in your city and good night rests there.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. Lots of choices, if you left hungry it would be your own fault. Rooms were very spacious.

Great customer service from receptionist April. Made our stay more comfortable and better.
Pros:

April Lopez the receptionist was absolutely amazing. Her customer service is top notch. Even when the lobby looked full, she showed respect with everyone and made sure guest was satisfied. I had family that didnt know how to say somethings in English because they spoke Spanish and she was a huge help translating everything they needed to satisfied their needs. Rooms were nice and clean for a good price as well. I did witness another receptionist there not very not to her guess, her name was Stephanie. She seem to struggle with multitasking and was rude to a lady asking for towels for the pool area. However, I knew when the other lady April came in she would get people situated. Good time at the hotel my family and I had.
