Super location, good value, super facilities and nice staff
Pros:

Its location is super, close to Edinburgh Trams station and bus station. There is also a big retail park nearby.
The hotel is clean, staffs are nice, breakfast is good and many choices.
There is a swimming pool, the water is warm and kids like them very much.
I like this hotel very much and will stay here if I visit Edinburgh again.

Cons:

There is a little Trams’ noise during the night when it pass by the hotel, it is acceptable.
After 12 pm, there is no tram, it is super quiet then.

Ottima posizione e colazione.
Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare la città, non in centro ma ben collegato tramite tram e treno molto frequenti. Camera nella norma, ottimi i servizi come piscina e palestra. Buon ristorante e prezzi onesti. La cosa migliore è la colazione che è favolosa.

Cons:

Il bagno non all'altezza della struttura, pulito ma un po' scomodo per la presenza della vasca/doccia.

Ok but probably could find better
Pros:

The room was clean & comfortable. They gave us a discount on the parking.

Cons:

Very difficult to find & Sat Nav just took us round for over an hour at which time i continually called the hotel for advice but no one answered. Got there early so couldn’t check in which is fine as its not a right but after waiting over an hour in the bar lots of people in one family were checking in which held up the queue completely. They needed more people on the desk.
The view from the window wasn’t good so I’m glad we were only staying one night.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Novo Hotel Edinburgh. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und von der Größe her perfekt für uns. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – wirklich mega und mit einer tollen Auswahl! 🥰
Die Lage war für unseren Edinburgh-Aufenthalt ebenfalls ideal. Die Tramstation ist direkt in der Nähe, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Amazing stay, would definitely repeat
Pros:

Nice and quite, far from the busy center but next to train and tram station that gets you there in less than 20 minutes. KFC and Krispy kreme right outside the door which makes it perfect for night snacks or dinner. Wasan was amazing, gave us nice recommendations and had a quick check in and check out process with her.

Cons:

Very few interconnected families rooms
