The room was spacious with parking right outside the hotel (at a fee). The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a good location on the whole, only a walk away from the main town area.
The parking charge seems a little steep. The breakfast is included, however the food options weren’t the best. A lot of the food such as the bagels and muffins were as though they hadn’t fully been defrosted.

Rooms not ready for check in time and no towels in the room. Lack of staff.
We came to Regina to participate in the Queen City Marathon, so I was looking for a hotel within a walking distance from the start/finish line. It was actually a very nice 40 min walk from the hotel -- and we enjoyed it! Our stay was good, everything went as it's supposed to be. We needed to take a quick shower after the race, and we asked if it's possible to check out ~30 min late -- it was an easy yes, and we REALLY REALLY appreciated it! Thank you :-)
I really liked that this hotel was pet friendly. The staff are fantastic. I love there was 24 hour coffee and hit water for tea. Beautiful big room.
I wasn’t fond of the area that it is in. But, at least the hotel is right across the street from the Police Station. Very busy roads, but that can happen anywhere. You also have to pay extra for parking.
Breakfast was okay. Not to rave about.
our aur conditioner was located directly beside our bed and the fan directly beside where I slept. Therefore the noise and air blowing out were nit pleasant
Proximity to Casino and Mosaic Stadium
Beds were well used - should be updated. Soft and worn out.
Housekeeping didn't clean our room first night and we had to ask for the second night and a reminder before it was cleaned.
Breakfast downstairs had the coffee/decaf and hot water running out both mornings before 9:00 am. There wasn't any Earl Grey tea or Orange Pekoe tea bags only herbal in breakfast room. Had to run across lobby to get some packets from Front Desk supply.
24 Hour coffee and hot water ( front desk) ran out as well during the day.
Front Desk staff had no knowledge of any shuttles ( football game) and couldn't even tell us where it would stop or how to get information on it. When one travels to a different city then I would expect the hotel staff to be knowledgeable about certain attractions that would bring ppl to your city and hotel.
Definitely more and better training is required.
