Cons:

Première chambre attribuée sentait fort la cigarette, changement pour une autre chambre qui sentait moins. La piscine était fermée.

Posizione ottima rispetto al quartiere musulmano e altre attrazioni importanti della città. Hotel accogliente e staff cordiale. Colazione internazionale e veramente buona, con cucina a vista. Letto confortevole e stanza ben arredata.

Cons:

Da migliorare la doccia/vasca nella stanza, in un hotel 4 stelle avere la tenda nella doccia non è idoneo e confortevole, molto meglio una doccia con vetro.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

We loved the fantastic spacious suite! The room was clean and very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were pleasant and if you've stayed here you know a special mention for Spring. It's in a great location and a great base for exploring Xi'an. We made use of the complimentary laundry room.

Lo consigliamo, anche per la gentilezza dello staff
Pros:

Struttura molto bella anche se un po’ datata, posizione buona per visitare il centro. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Stanze un po’ piccole rispetto agli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Cina. Letti solo alla francese. Per due persone piccoli.

Les chambres insonorisées.

Cons:

La chambre attribuée sentait fortement la cigarette. Nous avons demandé à changer. Une autre chambre nous a été attribuée avec toujours une odeur de cigarette. Impossible de trouver la piscine qui selon les informations se trouve dans le « bâtiment d’à côté », quand on se renseigne, on apprend qu’elle est fermée. Le ménage moyennement fait.

Pros:

My stay in Xiˇan was outstanding. The hotel was of international standard, with large, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff spoke fluent English and went out of their way to help me, including arraging tickets for sightseeing. Everyone was friendly and professional, and even the security staff helped with my luggage. Having free access to the swimming pool was an added bonus. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay.

Pros:

Hotel in zona centralissima, vicino al quartiere musulmano! Camere spaziose e pulite. Servizio di deposito bagagli molto utile. Decisamente consigliato!!
