The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Facility was clean and the hotel is central to a lot of LA.
The elevator was closed majority of the 4 day trip. We were on the second floor, so we had to carry our own bags up and down with our visit. The room also had a hint of "cat pee" smell. It wasn't the strongest, but we did have to air out the room upon arrival.

check in was easy, staff is friendly, parking was convenient. My room was very quiet clean and comfortable.
Only coffee is from a vending machine. Restaurants are a good 20 minute walk away.
Nothing
Not only was the staff rude, but the vending machines ate my money, and then the staff acted like it was no big deal. Then I got home and got a text this morning from my bank saying that there was $100 worth of fraud on my credit card from that hotel. Meaning that one of the employees committed fraud with my credit card and stole $100.
I appreciated the FREE parking. I appreciated how clean the public microwaves were kept. I liked the diversity of the customers--this was the highlight of this place. I saw all different kinds of people. Everyone was friendly.
I didn't like that the elevator wasn't working. I didn't like that you couldn't call the place and talk to someone. Tried calling several times but the automatic message said the message box was full. This situation made me think this place was a scam and not legit. But since i made the reservation and paid for it through Booking.com--I knew it had to be legit. I appreciated that my room had air conditioning because it was extremely hot in Los Angeles during my stay. But I didn't appreciate that I had to have it on all the time to make my room have proper air to breathe. I didn't appreciate that people could be smoking right outside my room. I could smell all their smoke and that was not fair.
Nice room, very quiet and the staff were helpful.
We had two large suitcases and the elevator was out of service. But the host helped us carry our gear upstairs.
Nearest grocery store was 30 mins away.

La finestra della stanza da sul corridoio dove passano tutti, quindi devi tenere le persiane chiuse. Condizionatore molto rumoroso, impossibile tenerlo acceso. In stanza non c'è la macchina del caffè e quella al piano terra, a pagamento con menetine, era pure rotta! Nei paraggi non ci sono locali per fare colazione. La zona è in po' isolata, per raggiungere i locali di Wilshire si deve camminare un bel po' oppure usare la macchina.

The location was excellent. The hotel staff were the most helpful and lovely people. The room was immaculate and for the money it was an absolute find and would recommend to anyone doing LA on a budget and would definitely stay there again
Nothing not to like
Great location and price for our visit to the new LACMA and Disney Concert Hall. Staff was fine. The spotless room we had was on the third floor and looked to the east. Nice morning light and a few palms. Good AC and light fan noise shielded some minor adjacent room noise. The paint and bath finishes were recent enough- all done well. Easy access to Koreatown where we ate.
Third floor unit and elevator was not working. Onsite parking -nice to have in heavy trafficked district- is very tight with lots of big SUVs and barely room to fit. The pool area is quite tight and surrounded by rooms. No coffee maker or table lamps- only ceiling lights.
