Pros:

Great location, close to shops. Easy parking. Spacious room. Lovely staff. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

Important to know the main lagoon pool isn't heated. The blankets on the bed were quite light for winter, and there were no extra blankets in the cupboard so we had to leave the reverse cycle heating on overnight. The jets in our spa bath didn't work.

Pros:

The rooms are neat and clean. Beds are very comfy. Heated pool is perfect for this winter season especially if you have kids who loves water.

Cons:

Our only problem is the internet connection. It's very slow. Hope they will upgrade it.

Restaurant not opened for breakfast

Cons:

On arrival the place looked really old with the front rooms needing painting. Not a good first impression. The main tv only channel 9 worked.

Good location

Cons:

Room was dirty, furniture was stained. The aircon didn’t work nor did the tv. Staff were unable to do anything to assist. Wouldn’t stay here again. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and the bright pool lights were shining right into our room. The room was super dusty and unclean
