Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

First impressions: Reception area looked lovely, warm, great selection of snacks/essentials such as toothpaste available for purchase. Staff very helpful and kind. Special thank you to Emma and Rihanne at the reception desk who made our anniversary celebration even better with a complimentary upgrade and vouchers, it was not expected but much appreciated.
Bedroom & bathroom were spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed throughout the stay. One suggestion would be a bigger shower head. For the size of the shower room, the head was far too small, I had to stand very close to the wall to get myself washed, also head hight couldn't be adjusted. I would of loved to be able to wash my body on a daily basis without wetting my hair.
Spa: small but good water temperature and had everything we wanted, it wasn't busy which helped.
Food on site was delicious especially the beef in sourdough! Wonderfully cooked and seasoned.

Had a really lovely stay at Leonardo! When checking in I was given a free room upgrade to a suite which felt really special as it was my graduation day. The staff were very attentive and friendly I would definitely be back again!
