Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

All of the staff we spoke to couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. The bedroom was upgraded on arrival. We were given vouchers for a free drink in the bar and for a free coffee in the lounge.
It was a very hot day. There was no air con in the room but there was a fan.
For some reason the switch for the bathroom light was 8’ across the room by the bedroom door rather than by the bathroom.

Dinner was great, hot, fresh and a decent selection in the restaurant.
I was fortunate to get an upgrade (I think this was due to a large corporate booking for British Gas) and the room was excellent. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were really decent.
However, breakfast had a good choice from the buffet but some of the cooked food pots hadn't been replenished and the food was barely warm.
Altijd goed om hier te stoppen. Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.
Bar is zeer tof , genoeg keuze. Parkeermogelijkheden , en laadplaatsen,opgelet wel zelf eigen kabel bij hebben.
Geen airco in de kamers, wanneer het zeer warm is en je de ramen met moeite kunnen open maken , is het niet zo comfortabel.

They change the code every day but people leave the ticket with the code on stuck to the key pad with defects the idea of it

Leisure facilities look a little drab - sauna out order - whirlpool tiny
External/near reception looks tired and full of smokers to have to walk through to enter
There were a ton (and I mean a ton!) of kids - maybe there was a family special on but at breakfast there were only two tables without kids - the room was full of them (I’m not anti kids but this was like a damn kindergarten!)
The server in the Piazza cafe at lunchtime was surly - zero customer service
