Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Big, comfortable rooms. Good shower. Perfect location for us, well connected. Good value.
Food in the restaurant was terrible. The menu looks fine, simple food, hard to get wrong. You'd think.
It was also a bit noisy early in the morning. Lots of things going on, lots of events, some of them are quite loud.
Easy to find, good parking, clean tidy well decorated and friendly atmosphere, room was spot on, really comfortable, staff in the reception, the bar, the breakfast room and house keeping were all really friendly, professional, polite, very busy but under control with numbers. We really can’t say anything negative, we will definately be back. The room had all you need clean tidy and bathroom spot on. They left a lovely message in our room on our mirror, balloons on the bed, message hand written on the back of the key card envelope, a lovely personal touch. We came across two different house keeping staff over the two nights we stayed snd they were really nice friendly and nice, the bar staff were funny and friendly, the the receptionists were really great, the restaurant staff were also great. They took time to talk to us even when very busy, the breakfast options were fantastic, so much choice ! The reduced price tempted us to take it up as the full price I felt was excessive online dating £50 for two people one night but on site was £14 each ! I checked and the £50 was the price for one night and not two nights stay per person. Too much for a breakfast I felt. Maybe something to think about. But that aside we definately would recommend anyone to stay there. We will definately stay again when visiting family.

Great for kids. Kids loved the swimming pool, family rooms are spacious, good options for food (but no kids menu), and breakfast was great and I would stay here again because it was good.
No A/C in the rooms (which surprised us). They did give a small fan, but we did need it going the whole night and kept our curtains shut to help keep heating down. Also, the TVs are not Smart so we couldn't stream a film from our phone for the kids. Also, no kids menu.
