All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.

Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Everything I needed
Pros:

I come here for work events, the rooms are spacious love the pool facilities and it has everything you need

Cons:

My room didn’t have a hairdryer, which I only realised on the morning after I washed my hair. Reception was busy and didn’t answer phone but I luckily found housekeeping to get me one.

Pros:

We came for our anniversary and were given a free upgrade to executive room. Got 10% off food and drinks, a free coffee voucher each and a free drink voucher each (alcoholic). This made the stay extra special and much more enjoyable.

Cons:

Pool area was busy and children over 12 can use sauna and hot tub, so not as relaxing as we had hoped. We only stayed in the leisure centre for 45 mins.

A very pleasant stay in a well appointed hotel.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming reception staff.
Room upgrade.
Quiet and peaceful nights sleep.
Pleasant surroundings.

Cons:

Security staff member was initially over zealous and came across as intimidating. When politely challenged, said it was my problem for misunderstanding.

Bar closed early as it was a quiet evening so the complementary drinks vouchers I gratefully received on arrival couldn't be used when I needed them.

Disappointing
Cons:

The bathroom sink plug was stuck so had to call the maintenance man to unblock the water. And the toilet stopped flushing so again had to call the maintenance man.
