Pros:

Výborné jídlo, zaměstnanci i wellness.

Cons:

Pobyt jsme měli na pět nocí. Je zde skvělá kuchyně, personál a vše, ale relax s odpočinkem se nekonal. Hotel vše dělá pro kojence, batolata a malé děti. Výhodná cena, postýlky s povlečením lištiček, nočníčky, schůdky, herny a animace. Tím pádem je hotel narvaný kojenci a malými dětmi. Neustálý pláč a jekot až do hodin, kdy už má být noční klid. V pohodě a v klidu se nenasnídáte ani nenavečeříte. I když je v jídelně vyhrazena malá část především pro dospělé, tak zde jsou kočárky s kojenci a děti. Personál je s úsměvem obslouží, ale neupozorní. Animátor převlečený za lišku navštěvuje děti i v jídelně a to tak, že jsem přes něj neprošla ani s teplou polévkou. Wellness vypadá podobně. Do vířivky dvouleté dítě v náruči s rodiči a ve vířivce venku pro dospělé další dítě. Hotel je jako dětská ozdravovna. Mohli jsme jít do ticha sauny a na odpočívací lehátka jen pro dospělé. Bohužel přímo u oken bylo lešení a na nich chlapi v monterkách a to fakt nechceš být jak ve výkladní skříni.
Po více jak polovině našeho pobytu děti odjely a sundalo se i lešení. Konečně jsme si mysleli, že začneme v klidu relaxovat. Bohužel hotel zabrali pracovníci Tesca z Prahy a to byl zase jiný rachot. Vzali útokem wellness, kde zabrali co se dalo. U toho se při hudbě patřičně bavili. V jídelně se jim také líbilo. Ta byla jejich a na jiné hosty nebrali ohled...prostě rekreaci si vedení jelo na dva dny užít. Za nás nikdy více řetězec Orea.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super Stylisch und Modern, es gab ein tolles Fitnessstudio und tolle Kinder Attraktionen z.b. Indoor Spielplatz neben dem Restaurant, Alpaka Füttern, Außen Spielplatz und ein Kinderprogramm. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut und Abends saß man auf der Terrasse und innen sehr schön. Auf den Berg konnte man in 30 min hochlaufen, da das Hotel schon auf der Mittelstation ist.

Cons:

Indoor Pool war klein und dadurch voll wenn Nachmittags alle Kinder dort waren, etwas größer wäre Schön.

Great stay!
Pros:

We were amazed by this hotel, its very good located, with a lot of attractions for kids; outside play ground is small but interesting for kids; alpacas took a lot of attention from the little one; the pools and separation of the pool for the little kids - it was great, i’ve never seen such a great pool for the small kids; there were a lot of additional activities for kids but as we don’t speak Czech we were not participating; food was great, lot of selections and u can make sandwiches for the road; lot of parking spaces; the whole hotel is renovated;

Cons:

There was no ac in our room and we were there during heat-weave so it was quite hot in the room;
Additionally, it was easier to talk to the staff in German than in English - but it is not a deal breaker just be prepared.

Pros:

Místo znám již leta. Lokalita +, ubytování +, jídlo +++, měli jsme poprvé plnou penzi, obědy jsme nevyužili, byli jsme mimo areál, ale odpolední snack( polévka, salát , sladké pečivo , káva čaj .atd) opravdu bylo výborné a využili jsme .
Na toto místo se nelze nevracet.
Rekonstrukce objektu se povedla...
