Úžasný servis na místě s krásným výhledem
Pros:

Vynikající polopenze s velmi širokou a pestrou nabídkou jídla, moc milý personál restaurace i recepce. Možnost navštívit wellness v hotelu Orea Horizont. Krásný výhled na Velký Javor i Špičák. Taxi z vlakového nádraží k hotelu nás stálo jen 300 Ķč, což mi na dnešní ceny přijde super, a ušetřilo nám to 4km chůze do kopce se zavazadly. Příště využijeme zase. :-)

Cons:

Nově budovaný wellness před hotelem může v noci rušit, pokud máte lehké spaní.
Děti by ocenily fotbálek v recepci zdarma. :-D

Skvělý přístup personálu! výborné jídlo, dětský koutek byl skvělý, spousta hraček. Pohodlné prostorné postele. Každodenní servis.

Cons:

Měli jsme možnost navštívit v rámci našeho pobytu na Špičáku i welness ve vedlejším Resortu Horizont a popravdě jsem ráda, že jsme zvolili Špičák pro náš pobyt, protože nahoře byl ten servis šílený, recepce neoznačená na recepci paní kyselá jak citron a celkově ten přístup byl úplně jinde než co bych od Horizontu očekávala na základě reklam kterými se prezentuje.

Wonderful stay. Totally recommend it.
Pros:

Amazing and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Great breakfast and dinner buffets.

Cons:

Nothing to complain so far. It was our third time here and we were always satisfied!

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet; auch das Abendessen hervorragend; herrliche Lage des Hotels mit einzigartigem Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama; Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Die Balkone und die Terrasse sind renovierungsbedürftig; es gibt nicht genügend Parkplätze.
