Best hotel location for 5 star hospital, Bumrungrad.
Pros:

Good. They have a good kitchen.

Cons:

Petty mafia HOWEVER they are less a nuisance than before...i think the hotels are pressuring them and street life is improving.

Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Nothing at all! The six nights stay was the worst I have experienced in a Hotel in Bangkok.

Cons:

From the moment we checked in, we were given a room on the top floor and when I objected, the male at the reception desk were abrupt and not accommodating. He also asigned a room with a slippery bathtub shower, when I clearly requested a walk-in shower before arrival. This room had cockroaches and mites running all over the place. The AC only had one setting and when I once again requested a different room, I once again had to put up with the unaccomodating attitude of the reception staff. Finally when I demanded a refund, then suddenly, we could move to a different room with a walk in shower as shown in the photographs that advertise this hotel on-line. However, matters did not improve much. The bed linen was used and had bed-bugs biting me on the first night. I once again informed reception and they informed me that the matter will be attended to asap. When I returned from visiting my husband in hospital, nothing had been done to rectify the matter. I notified reception immediately and they claimed that they had changed the bedding. I insisted that it had not been done and the same male at reception argued and did not want to believe me, until I invited him to witness it himself. The matress protector had a ugly brownish/ yellowish stain on it as well. Only then was fresh bedlinen and a matress protector placed on the bed, while I witnessed the staff doing it. The shower only had cold water with no hot water no matter how long I have run the hot water tap. The Aircon pumped dust into the room and it was difficult to breathe. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone I know. I booked this hotel because of its location behind the Bumrungrad Hospital.

Everything you need and nothing you don't need - Good value for money & comfortable stay
Pros:

This hotel is very good value for money and provides all that you really need, and nothing that you don't need. For the rates offered, I would say it is just right and provides a comfortable stay in a very decent sized room offering appropriate amenities. It does not feel like they are withholding any necessary facilities.

Cons:

Lack of staff at reception during odd hours. Air conditioning in reception switched off during odd hours due to low occupancy etc.

Einfach ein kleines Hotel, wo man gerne wieder hingehen muss.
Pros:

Alles Super gut, kleines reizendes Hotel mit einem tollen Charme. Preis Leistung alles sehr gut, und ganz liebenswürdiges Personal. Würde sofort wieder kommen, und werde es wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Nichts negatives zu beanstanden.
