Great price and close to the highway for easy access.
Pros:

The breakfast bar was stocked and very neat. The area of the hotel was close to the highway and close to a lot of other restaurants to choose from and in walking distance. Staff was polite and responsive.

Cons:

The area of the hotel had a lot of transient but no immediate issues.

The worst hotel of my road trip in Louisiana !
Pros:

Spent 3 nights here to continue our discovery of the Atchafalaya Basin...and our stay was awful !
First, the location is not very entertaining, along a main road with a lot of traffic (which wasn't an issue) but not so easy to reach or go out with your car because you have to take a parallel road which could be a huge waste of time sometimes due to the traffic...
The complimentary breakfast, unless you're gonna wake up very early, you can forget it, cos' the people who spent a night here for work or some other stuff leave the hotel before you and by the way, have breakfast before you too...and nothing is gonna be cleaned, neither the tables, nor the buffet after they leave , so it's a mess !
And it represents perfectly the "state of mind" of this place : nobody at the front desk is warm and caring ! They don't want to help you for nothing, they just want you to stop asking for something and they lie to you to get rid of you faster !! After 2 nights without any housekeeping in our room, I asked for just having the trash cans emptied and also some new towels, the lady at the front desk told me the cleaning will be done today, it is scheduled...and guess what ? I came back in the evening and found out full trash cans and so on...!

My stay at Best Western
Pros:

The staff was very friendly . The room was clean very comfortable and a great location . There were nearby food places and stores .

Cons:

Room smelled a little a little musty. Found glasses of last guest in between right stand and bed on the floor. That told me that area wasn't cleaned or glasses would have been seen. Over all the room looked good bathroom was clean.

Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel room was clean.Staff was friendly.The only problem was it smelled like marijuana people drinking bottles of liquor and people smoking marijuana out in the parking lot.Also, barbecuing, staff never said a word out in the parking lot and lobby until 2 and three o'clock in the morning. It was about forty or fifty people.
