Nice people in the reception.
Very helpful and always very nice.
Didn't like the cleaning very poor.
I have to do the bed every day in 5 night's that I was there.
And the day that they went there just take the garbage, left the towels and higienic out of places just on the top of the toilet.
Also in all this nights just did the bed once and didn't clean the floors and bathroom. Very bad cleaning.
I found the to small and in the picture seems bigger.
Didn't like the pool too.

Pas mal de choses, puisque nous y avons déjà séjourné quelques jours avant. Du coup, nous avions déjà nos habitudes !!! Hôtel au bon rapport prestations - prix dans lequel le personnel est à notre écoute. Nous avons aimé la salle de restauration en libre accès le soir, nous permettant de manger à l'hôtel mais pas dans notre chambre.

Sin servicio de limpieza de habitaciones diariamente. Cambian toallas pero no limpian no hacen las camas.
Très bel hôtel disposant de toutes les prestations permettant de faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. Bravo à toute l'équipe toujours à notre écoute. Les chambres sont assez bien isolées pour passer une nuit tranquille. Pour la piscine, pensez à vous inscrire dès votre arrivée pour avoir un créneau de 30 minutes ... comme pour la lingerie (gratuite). Le café, les jus de fruits et le chocolat chaud sont à disposition. ;-)

Le confort et la taille de la suite familiale.
Un peu loin de Québec (centre-ville) mais la situation proche des centres commerciaux pour se restaurer est finalement un bon point.
Les boissons à volonté chaudes comme froides 24/24 !

Très bel hôtel très propre le personnel souriant et très serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est très bien situé peu importe où vous voulez aller.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à l’hôtel . Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié les délicieuses boissons proposées à l’entrée. Une très belle expérience, merci à toute l’équipe !
Le déjeuner était très bon et varié. Il serait toutefois apprécié d’avoir davantage de choix salés, notamment des options halal, afin de convenir à tous les clients.
