Confusing labyrinth building layout
Pros:

Nice room, helpful staff, nice bar with tasty menu.

Cons:

Two buildings only attached on the first floor (not the ground floor) with lifts on opposite ends of the buildings. Total confusion for every guest on floors 2, 3 & 4. Inadequate signs to explain.

Wonderful location and accommodations
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and nice. I had a large/stand-in window with a view of the water, which was fabulous. The food and bar service was tasty and very nice. The hotel had a car-park for its guests for free with stay.

Cons:

The hotel has 2 buildings, and if you are given a room in the 2nd building, there's no direct access up to the room, so there was a long walk across the first building to get to the 2nd. It was just a bit confusing.

Pros:

The pool was fabulous. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was just great from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Food in the bar was so good.

Cons:

Noting that I didn't like really but I would say the beds pushed together to make a double was a bit annoying as it created an uneven surface
