The rooms are very old and not maintained well. The room that was given to us theres a big cracked on the bathroom tiles, the bathroom is missing a door lock, the ceiling is dirty and beds are very small and uncomfortable and the last one the sofa bed feels like it will break anytime you move.

NOT PET FRIE DLY AT ALL!!!

Cons:

I reserved my room for a week and on Booking.com it was posted as pet friendly. After checking in and spending the first night and half of the next day there, I was told that only service animals are allowed and that either my "animals" have to leave or we have to leave, and leave "NOW." I was pointed so a sign that's 10' in the air that says no pets. I was never asked if I was traveling with pets and was never stopped on the way to my room that night or the next morning to take them out. It was when I returned that they kicked us out and told me I could not get a receipt because the payment was still "pending." I was charged over half of a weeks stay and only stayed one night. They could have called me, knocked on the door or STOPPED ME WHEN I CAME IN! When I called and asked the manager about how I was charged $488 for ONE night. She told me they had to "Deep clean" the room and wash everything. I have still not received a receipt and it's been over a week.

We booked the hotel to go to orientation at ODU but we’re disappointed by the dated facility!

Sejour de 10 jours à Norfolk
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous. C'était notre premier critère de choix.
Le personnel était très aimable, nous avons toujours eu réponses et solutions à nos demandes.
Le petit dejeuner était très bien.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 adultes et 1 ado, et nous sommes restés 10 jours dans une suite. C'était un peu juste au niveau espace. La "cuisine" n'était pas très pratique (trop petite, pas assez d'equipements pour nous).
Le gros point noir de notre séjour, c'est que le ménage n'a été fait que 2 fois!!! Très insuffisant!!! 1 premiere fois au bout de 3 jours, et comme ils ne revenaient pas, nous leur avons signalé au bout d'une semaine, et ils sont donc immédiatement intervenu la 2e fois. Je crois qu'ils nous avaient complètement zappés... Pas cool.
Notre chambre était mal exposée, donc très sombre.

Pros:

The location was good for what I was there for. The breakfast food was not hot. It was just a little warm. The coffee was also just warm and the apple juice diluted with water added to it.

Cons:

The to be up and running and the food to a little hotter and the juice not too be watered down.

The convenience of the location in reference to Norfolk General Hospital.

Cons:

I've stayed in a few Springhill Suites, this may have been the worst. The room was small, not that big a deal, but it wasn't clean. However the worst part was the shower. The hot and cold water did not work. It had two temperatures, scalding hot or ice cold. Luckily it was only booked for one night.
