Cons:

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don't usually leave bad reviews because mistakes can happen. But this is worth highlighting and it's important to make people aware.
As shown in the attached photos, the hotel claims to be wheelchair accessible but it's not true.
They did have a room on the ground floor but reaching it in a wheelchair was extremely hard. The toilet was not accessible at all. I had to look for an alternative accomodation which was very expensive as it was last minute.
What is worse is that the manager still required me to pay 2 out of 3 nights of the original reservation, arguing that they only guaranteed accessible entrance, not accessible rooms. Instead of apologizing.
This behavior is unacceptable.

sehr erfreulich!
Pros:

Frühstück ist super! Personal sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen bis wir nach Hause fuhren. Die Lage ist super zentral. Abends etwas laut, da Schanigärten vor dem Hotel sind. Es gibt einen Lift. Bad sehr sauber. Ich würde wieder dort buchen. Eine aus der Gruppe war krank geworden und musste kurzfristig absagen. Wir haben kulanzhalber einen Teil rückerstattet bekommen.

If you want to be in the heart of Brno, this is the right choice for you.
Pros:

Smaller hotel with no big noise. Excellent location to the city centre. Nicely arranged rooms.

Die Lage war top. Das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück in 0rdnung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt, dunkel und relativ lange auch lauter Lärm von nebenan.Der Kopfpolster stank massiv nach Schweiß.

Ein Traumhotel,ich komme wieder!!!
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mit eigenartige Ausstattung, unwahrscheinlich schöne Atmosphäre. Alle Räume sind im sehr gute Zustand und die alten wunderschönen Zeiten spüren Sie auf jeden Schritt.
Das einzige, was nicht schön ist, gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Restaurant, der auf der Straße Tische hat und bis 24 Uhr ist es sehr laut. Weiter hat Brno ab 1.6.2026 Verbot auch für Taxi in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Man muss kämpfen, dass ein Taxifahrer über diesen Verbot zum Hotel fährt. Es ist aber möglich.
Satz ist das Hotel ein Traum.K

Pros:

スタッフはとても親切でした。ロケーションは旧市庁舎にも近くて、駅からも6分程度なのでどこに行くのも便利です。あとショッピングセンターがすぐ近くでとても便利でした。朝食はとてつもなく美味しかったです。パンも野菜もお料理もそれはそれは素晴らしいです。

初日、シャワーの温度が上がるまでに時間がかかりました。
