Vriendelijke bediening bij aankomst en vertrek

Cons:

Schoonmaak van badkamer en binnenkomst kamer, stof of grond aanwezig.

Hadden kingsize bed gereserveerd, maar kregen 2 1pers bedden, niet door receptie geïnformeerd bij aankomst en vertrek, zelf gevraagd bij vertrek, antwoord kingsize bed overboekt?!?

We zouden nog een keer zeker terug willen

Het privéstrand overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Het was werkelijk prachtig en we hadden er graag nog een paar dagen langer willen blijven. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en elke ochtend een fijne start van de dag. Onze jongste was helemaal gelukkig met het zwembad en heeft er volop van genoten. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad! En niet te vergeten, het aapje bij de strand 🏖️

Vond de personeel niet heel vriendelijk bij de bar van het strand. Een glimlachje maakt het!

Meneer voor wie wij de kamer hebben geboekt kreeg 2 dagen nadat hij was ingecheckt een sterfgeval in zijn familie en hij moest naar de begrafenis. Wij hebben gevraagd aan het hotel om hem een voucher te geven voor de resterende 10 dagen van zijn verblijf omdat hij de kamer niet zou gebruiken. Het hotel wilde dit niet doen. Wij hebben ook een bericht maar booking.com gestuurd en geen reactie gekregen.

Service at dinner was so slow. It took 15mins to even get a menu and a further 15mins for a drink, the food was 45mins.. that reallt needs attention
