Great building and facilities as well as room. Staff very very helpful and professional. The restaurants were great.

Cons:

The location is on a busy street separating the hotel from the seaside. There is no beach in front. It is a big swimming pool but no access to the beach

Pros:

Besonders hervorheben muss man die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war einwandfrei, das Essen abwechslungsreich und immer gut bis sehr gut.

Cons:

Zahlreiche Gäste haben sich nicht an die Regel gehalten, dass Liegen an den Pools nicht dauerhaft belegt werden sollten. Reservierungen mit Handtüchern waren der Normalfall, was lästig ist, wenn man nicht vor dem Frühstück bei diesem Spiel mitspielen möchte. Der einzige wirklich negative Punkt bei der Verpflegung war das Trinkwasser - das aufbereitete Leitungswasser schmeckt extrem nach Chlor - wenn man all-inclusive bucht, möchte man kein Flaschenwasser kaufen müssen.

Pros:

Food was very good.
Sunday lunch in particular
nice pool areas.

Cons:

Not all the Bars were included as part of all inclusive.
The fact the main Bar stopped serving all inclusive at 11pm - drinks were then charged for.

You couldnt take a drink from the bar to the buffet for dinner without being asked to put it in plastic cups.

Stora poolområden, precis vid havet, rent och välstädat, trevlig takbar med goda drinkar, bra mat på Trattorian.

Cons:

Dålig frukost-smaklösa grönsaker och frukter, gick inte att dricka kaffet. Byggarbete precis vid poolen så svårt att koppla av.

Rewelacja! Organizowałam wyjazd dla Rodziców, sama kontaktowałam się z Hotelem, który był bardzo pomocny i ułatwił mi rezerwację dla kogoś, a również pozwolił mi uregulować płatność z góry, na odległość. Zależało mi na tym, aby rodzice wypoczęli w komfortowych warunkach, i chciałam, aby ich pobyt był jak najmniej problematyczny. Po powrocie stwierdzili, że hotel był rewelacyjny, zadbany i czysty. Obsługa miła i pomocna, śniadania były smaczne, a porcje duże. Oceniają hotel 10/10, pod każdym względem dostępności, czystości, organizacji. Zachwalali również to, że obsługa była pozytywnie nastawiona do gości, i jak najbardziej starała się umilić pobyt. W hotelu, podczas pobytu nie spotkała ich żadna niemiła niespodzianka, a cały ich pobyt był naprawdę na wysokim poziomie.

Our stay was great. The hotel and our room was always clean and had a friendly and welcoming Atmosphere. Special thanks to Mohan Deepa and Sup. Rajat for taking care of our room and checking in on us and providing everything we needed. Thanks for the lovely towel art :)
We were especially impressed by the Buffet. There were always various vegetarian or even vegan options and also a designated kids Buffet. The food was great and the Service inside the dining areas also very friendly and attentive.
But definitely a special shoutout to the cocktail options in the all-inclusive package - such great options and Variety, absolutely amazing. Also a nice Twist that different bars offer different options!
Minoa restaurant was excellent, our Server yesterday evening (Aarim?) was tremendously friendly and attentive. Riccardo very good and friendly staff aswell.
Ashbin at the Minoa Pool bar was very friendly and good at mixing delicious cocktails, definitely pay him a visit :)
Swimming in the Ocean is only 3 minutes away on foot, many ladders or ramps offer great opportunities to comfortably get in and out.
Theres a 24/7 corner with drinks and snacks. Never had one of those before- amazing!

Cons:

Small downsides/feedback:
.) Customer experience - maybe some folders/info materials would be nice, on what one could book, so there wouldnt be queues. Also, we wanted to book a Taxi tuesday evening at the reception but were told to do it the next day at the customer experience Desk. Seemed like it could have been done at reception aswell.
.) Balcony is nice but not well Sound insulated. We heard cars driving by, karaoke from across the street and dogs barking.
.) I think it would be great if there was a notice in the room that the first free water bottle in the fridge can be filled up again at the bars. (Or that one gets told at check in) Since the water from the pipes is not drinkable, this would be very valuable information. We only got that information after a few days of our stay.
.) please make Sure its easily possible to order non-alcoholic beer in the bars and dining areas. Sometimes it was possible and other times it was a fuss or wasnt possible, or we were told its not included in the (orange) all in clusive package (at the cheeky monkey pool side bar).
All in all an amazing stay :) thanks to the great team!
