スタッフがとても親切
Pros:

京王八王子駅のすぐ近くに立地してるし、コンビニも近いので便利です。リピーターです(3回目)

Cons:

以前より清潔感がなかったと感じました。バスユニットの壁に髪の毛が付着していました。

とても良いホテルに泊まれました！
Pros:

チェックイン時間前に到着したのですが、調整してくださり、少し早めにチェックインさせていただき、予定があったのでとても助かりました。ありがとうございました！コーヒーも美味しく頂きました！

Cons:

パンケーキが食べたかったのですが、提供の時間が外出している方が多い時間帯かと。私も残念ながら食べそびれました。
