The staff were amazing, super friendly
It’s not a 5 start hotel
Beautiful location, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely gardens, nice breakfast. The golf buggy rides were a highlight for our family as we have three young kids. The people there are so lovely. The spa massage was lovely. The teddy bears and good night message on the bed were a real highlight for our kids - thank you!
The pools and pool areas are badly in need of maintenance- there are broken tiles and the ladder is falling off the pool wall. This is a safety issue for young children.

The staffs at reception desk no cooperative. They forced us to vacate room when I requested half an hour to reach property. They are charging 3 times the normal fare for travel. The property is too old and not maintained in good condition. Overall very bad experience and staffs not good particularly at the reception desk

The property is quite old and not maintained properly. It is not suited as 5-star category. Even a glass broken was charged 60k IDR.
Nice big villa with great private pool. Food in hotel was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
It's a little out of the way. We had a hired moped so could get around but depending on what you want to do it worth considering that there aren't many places to walk to. We could easily get taxis though.

It’s a bit of a distance from the Ubud centre however the hotel provides a free shuttle to transport!

This place is wonderful, from the exceptionally friendly attentive staff, to the beautiful room with, oh so comfy bed and huge bath that 2 can fit in and beautiful pool and grounds.
We enjoyed our stay.
The location let's this place down, though they offer free transfer to town several times a day, it is quite a way, this means you are a little stuck for dinning choices, the restaurant offers great food, though pricey for Bali standards
The staff was very very gentle and the food at the restaurant was excellent
We stayed 3 nights at a private villa and one day at the provate villa lagoon access. What we did not like was the limited drinking water (only 2 small bottles) and no kitchen items. I even paid for some ice when I asked the restaurant.... Oh c'mon. The villa has very light curtains so be ready to wake up very early morning, while the lagoon one had more cover and could sleep better.
