Breakfast
We arrived and we were greeted by very friendly staff. We were offered to used the pool and restrooms as well as the parking area before checking in. Checked in was done earlier per my request which they were able to accommodate.
I wish the pool was heated but that’s a personal preference.
Clean room, sink in kitchen area, room was up modern restaurant and bar, fire works, two tv
No safe deposit box, not enough dresser draws, checking in was a little chaos
Tub instead of shower shall
Property was very clean! Seen staff cleaning quite often which is appreciated!! Location was good and room size is great for a large family.
I gave 7 because the ice machines are horrible. Most do not work which meant we had to spend almost $100 on ice across the street.
Also the frig is not great at all. I get they want you to "eat out" but it's barely big enough to keep drinks cold or any of the leftovers from meals. My son had a better frig in his college dorm room.
Also the TV in the front did not work properly so we were stuck watching anything in the bedroom.
Ablebilida de parte de las personas ke nos atendió dieron muy able la agitación buenas solo la cafetera estaba ke brava cuando yegamos no la pudimos usar pero esta bien
Lo único ke la cafetera estaba kebrada
Nice

My family and I aren't scheduled to stay until August of month, but as our trip gets closer, I find myself becoming increasingly anxious after reading recent reviews.
My question is for the manager(s) who respond to guest reviews.
I've noticed many responses that include statements such as:
"Thank you for your review. I do apologize that your last stay was not as enjoyable as your previous stays."
"I do apologize that the cleanliness was not up to standard. This certainly is not the type of service we aim to provide."
"Thank you for taking the time to write your concerns about your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that the stay, in many ways, didn't meet your expectations."
The apologies seems to go on and on. What make matters worse, its the same apology to everyone. However, I'm curious about what happens beyond the public response.
When a guest has a genuinely poor experience due to issues such as cleanliness, service, or maintenance, do you ever offer something meaningful to demonstrate your commitment to making things right, such as compensation, a refund, or an adequate discount on your stay. Or is the written apology in the review response generally the extent of the resolution?
I'm asking because, as a future guest, I'd like to understand how the hotel handles situations when expectations aren't met. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Rest assured, I'll be leaving an honest review after my stay, complete with detailed photos. Stay tuned.
Location, Was good staff friendly food was good
Bathtub was dirty, and there it where hair in the bathroom ,
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill
Suites. The room was clean and spacious for my husband and 2 little kids. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean with most beautiful sunrise and dolphin watching if you are an early riser. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!
None
The location and restaurant in hotel. Also having an indoor and outdoor pool.
The outlets did not work in the kitchenette area so we had to make coffee beside the bed. The trundle bed was very uncomfortable and had to buy a mattress topper for it so teen boy could sleep. Asked for towels one evening due to the teens having taken multiple showers and they did jot bring us anymore towels until the next day when we needed them then. It would have also been nice to have had a door between living area and bedroom space for privacy. The shower curtain also had mold on it. The room felt damp. Also no bedding was in the room for the couch or trundle so we bought sheets and pillows. The ice maker on our floor also did not work. The dryer on the 6th floor destroyed some of my clothes.
