Enjoyable
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful we would stay there again, clean room, Enjoyed my sofa bed don't like to chair sleeping accommodations (someone in bed). Loved the balcony and the view, very quiet which I enjoyed
Enjoyed sitting on boardwalk and just watching the people and shopping in the stores
Everytime I requested linen they brought to room or I picked it up

Cons:

No trash pick up while staying, nor refreshing of linen
On checking the hostess was'nt friendly at all but on check out Sadie was very friendly
Couldn't find the ice machine
Breakfast was good
Balcony door wouldn't lock back door was stuck glad we were on 4th floor

The breakfast was good. There was an elevator out of order so alot of time wasted waiting. The ice machines were not working.Needs a bigger refrigerator. I have never stayed anywhere that I had to pay for parking

Cons:

The kitchen. Paying for parking. The price for a suite with a mini fridge. The air conditioning unit on the small balcony made it impossible to sit out on it. I never received my receipt by email

Location. Amenities. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Beds pretty old need replacing they sink extremely low. Room service (emptying the trash and tiding the room) needs to be done daily NOT every other day!!!! Plumbing issues (water was extremely hot the whole time). Elevators always broken with long line waiting for it while it only takes 6 people at a time.

Our room was at the end of the floor and our balcony apparently had the blower for the AC unit blowing HOT air the entire time while we tried to enjoy time on the balcony. The door to the balcony was so hard to close especially from the outside. I booked this reservation in February after a great start last year and the quality wasn’t what it was last year. All the elevators weren’t working. In May a new rule was stated that charged for parking in the garage. Didn’t have that last year. And $25 a day? To park in a garage with signs saying I had to assume all responsibly. The food at The Dunes wasn’t very good and overpriced. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was cold and by Friday there were no forks? Really? Overall the quality and value has dropped dramatically. Not sure we will choose this location for next years vacation.

The property was top tier I would absolutely stay again and again! It’s a Beautiful Hotel! staff was excellent, pleasant, helpful and always smiling!

Cons:

My only complaint was the hair in my bathtub. It’s not major and wouldn’t keep me from staying again.
