The room with the beautiful view of the ocean is nice, the staff is very nice and answered any questions we had. Only thing I would say is the food for breakfast is alternated every other day, I would have liked a different variety but other than that the stay is great
I don't have anything I didn't like. What could be improved is them making a different breakfast selection. Pancakes, more cereal options, hash browns, etc. not just biscuits and French toast

The hot tub was not hot, which was frustrating. They also charged for parking without any warning.
Breakfast was ok, alittle congested. Should move the waffle table somewhere else . People waiting in line thinking that was the only line. People didn’t know there was a separate line for other foods causing backups.

The location is very good and very accessible to everything. The breakfast is good.
The bathtub was only hot water. If you tried to put it on cold water, the pressure of the shower is low.

DO NOT stay at this motel. There was a group of people who felt entitled to spend the aftermoon and half the night talking loud shouting and playing music you could hear even with TV on

We have been guests here every summer for over 5 years but never again
The breakfast was good. Love the view in the mornings seeing the sunrise and dolphins was amazing! Definitely pack binoculars and keep an eye out for them! The lock for the balcony is perfect and the sliding door is just heavy enough to make it difficult for kids to open. (4 kids - ages 11yr-2yr)
They don't clean the balcony. There was sand all over. Also guest don't shower and just jump in the pool also getting sand everywhere. The microwave isn't a full size microwave. You can barley fit anything in it. The mini fridge isn't big enough to even be considered a mini fridge. You can't even fit a full size bottle of water in it. Its half the size of what most places call a mini fridge.
The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very accommodating

Todo muy limpio y cómodo, excelente vista frente al mar.
No me gustó, que me entregaron la abitacion tardísimo. Supuestamente la entrada era a las 4pm y me dieron la abitacion casi a las 8pm.
La señora que me atendió, no tenia buen trato y me dijo que estaban atrasados con la limpieza. Me quería dar una abitacion pequeña no la que yo había pago con tantos días de antelación. Y cuando le reclame mi dinero, me dijo no podía devolvermelo y que eso no era su problema.
The outside pool was nice with a warm tub. I wouldn't call it a hot tub water was maybe 85-90°. Breakfast was good. Wife and kids love it .
The location was not great for my kids . No beach playground unless you walk 30mins also my youngest love neptune, and that was over 30 minutes. The beach seemed more packed on that side. Parking was really tight. We had to wait at least 5 to 10 mins for the elevator every time we use it. 3 elevators were not enough for 14 floors. Having to pay for $200 parking once we got there and check-in is kind of ridiculous. when we already paid over 3k just to stay for 7 nights. Also, the room was much smaller than pictures showed on the website. The layout was definitely not the same either.
