It was good.
Pros:

We loved the swimming pool and water slide. The breakfast was good but I would like to see more turkey sausages or beef. Not just pork.

Cons:

The halls are a bit narrow , one elevator and it seems the whole complex looks tired.

The breakfast lady attendant was very helpful, she clearly takes a lot of pride in her job.
They were super accommodating when we requested a late checkout - the customer service was top notch.

Cons:

The space for breakfast is very small, even with the additional board room option it was cramped. The hotel was full but it could definitely be upgraded to accommodate more guests at once
Just a note - we were informed that our room 412 has a continuous fan (after we tried a few times to turn off the a/c heat unit)
They could also use a light of some sort in the little fridge/microwave spot.

Wonderful staff, lovely clean large rooms, breakfast fresh!
Pros:

The warm welcome from all staff. Little snacks on arrival felt really lovely! The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Bedrooms lovely and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but really fresh and tasty but the lady serving was what made it even more lovely. She couldn’t be more helpful! All staff were really delightful. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and we’ve stayed in many! It’s the small touches and the welcome that make it a 10/10!
