Un apart hotel básico
Cons:

Es un apart hotel con buenas instalaciones pero que no han tenido buen mantenimiento. Se nota el desgaste de los años.
En la cocina casi no había elementos: ni utensillos para cocinar, ni un trapo para limpiar, ni servilletas, etc Pedimos en recepción y nos dieron algunas cosas. Lo mismo sucede con el té, leche, café, azúcar. Había una cantidad minima y al solicitarlo en recepción lo entregan a cuentagotas lo que obliga a ir dos veces por día a recepción para aprovicionarse.
El alojamiento es austero, aunque suficiente para una estadía agradable.

Excellent!
Pros:

We arrived not much after 9 am after an overnight train to Berlin. My sister wasn't feeling well, and the hotel very kindly not only gave us our room that early, but upgraded us to a larger apartment. Everything was lovely - the room was well appointed with comfortable beds, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Very good breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.

Ansprechendes Hotel mit einigen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber. Das Apartment großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet (kostenlose Pflegeprodukte, Kaffeezubehör). Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und stets bemüht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Innenhof war schön zum entspannen und sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffett war übersichtlich. Die Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher sein. Wir mussten 20 Minuten auf Brötchen warten und das Buffett war fast leer, als wir kamen. Auf Nachfrage, wann das Buffett aufgefüllt wird, kam als Antwort, dass es ebend dauert. Wir haben 1,5 Stunde im Frühstücksraum verbracht, bis wir alles vorfanden. Auch der Baulärm auf der Straße von 7.09 bis 16.00 Uhr war nervig.

Chambre spacieuse mais j'avais demandé une douche et j'ai eu une baignoire.

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner plus cher si on n'avait pas précisé qu'on le prendrait à l'hôtel. Et de toutes façons cher.

Fijne, centrale locatie in Berlijn met eigen kookgelegenheid.
Pros:

Prima locatie voor een bezoek aan Berlijn. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zijn van hieruit goed te bereiken, maar de directe omgeving is rustig. Wij bezochten de bezienswaardigheden dit keer met de fiets, maar de vorige keer deden wij dit lopend en met de bus, dat ging ook prima. Wij waarderen hier altijd de eigen kookgelegenheid op de kamer, deze is eenvoudig, maar handig.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft enkele huurfietsen ter beschikking. Het duurde dit keer echter heel lang om er twee te huren, omdat niet alle personeelsleden wisten hoe dit moest, en wij dus eerst moesten wachten op iemand die het wel wist, en toen duurde het ook nog best lang voordat het geregeld was. Een vorige keer toen wij hier logeerden ging dit veel sneller. Wij waren er nu ruim een half uur tijd mee kwijt. Het zou handiger zijn als iedereen bij de receptie zou weten hoe dit geregeld moet worden!

War für uns Ok.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war für uns ausschlaggebend.
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse.

Cons:

Reparaturen werden nicht zeitnah ausgeführt.
Eine Fernbedienung für 2 Fernsehgeräte Nerven.
Im Bad der Lichtschalter optisch abgewohnt. Der Türstopper abgerissen.
