Nous étions en famille avec un ado et un bébé de 6 mois pour 7 nuits.
Hôtel très bien placé, piscine super agréable.
L’appartement était spacieux, le personnel très agréable.
La kitchenette ressemble est relativement spacieuse.

L'hôtel est très bien situé (bus et métro), les appartements sont grands et bien équipés.
Le personnel est sympathique et compétent.

Zeer rustige kamer, aan de binnentuin dus echt niets te horen. Lieve update kamer gekregen ivm handicap partner. Aardige barlui en iedereen erg aardig.

We had a fun stay in Berlin staying at the Adina Check Point Charlie hotel. The hotel was comfortable with great amenities. Would just have preferred a firmer pillow option. Would stay again if returning to Berlin.

The bedding was great and the room was a good size. Shampoo and body wash provided. The service was very quick. All around quiet. Room very clean apon entry. Staff were very nice and the hotel had a nice ambiance. Near the city centre with a super market within a minutes walk away. Overall good value for money.

I booked Adina specifically because the weather forecast called for highs around 86 and Adina advertises they have air-conditioning so I paid nearly twice as much for Adina as other hotels without AC. However, Adina doesn’t actually have air conditioning. That claim is false advertising. Management offered me a 50% discount on the room for the false claims of AC. That seemed appropriate because I paid nearly twice as much for AC as other hotels that also didn’t have AC. But when I went to check out, the front desk told me, “No, we’re giving you a 15%, you must have misheard.” For that amount, I could’ve booked several other hotels that also didn’t have AC for much less. Two, the curtain was detached from the track so that it flopped down and let in excess sunlight in the early morning. I reported that on the second day of my stay. In three days, it was never fixed by maintenance. Three, on the third day, I tried to turn on the over oven vent because I was cooking. There was a loud pop and everything electrical in the kitchen shorted out (the vent and all above counter lights). I reported that issue and in two days it was never fixed. Four, the bathroom sink, drained slowly. I didn’t even bother reporting that they obviously weren’t fixing any other other issues. Five, they advertise a “fully equipped kitchenette” but it is actually poorly equipped. Everywhere else I have stayed with the kitchen provides very basic things like salt, paper, your first roll of paper towels. Units with a washer dryer typically provide at least one detergent pod for your first wash. Adina provides none of this. No cutting board, measuring cup, whisk, Tupperware. They only provide very basic plates, silverware and a few pots. If you’re staying in extended time, it’s worth it to buy the salt and pepper and towels that you need to use the kitchen. For a shorter four day stay like ours, it almost wasn’t worth using the kitchen. Lastly, the elevator call buttons on our floor were burnt out so when you press the button to call for the elevator, you’re never sure if it registered the press and the light is simply out or if the elevator is not coming. In summary, a nice property overall but they need to remove the false claims of AC and improve their maintenance.
