Ich würde mir ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (S-Bahn U-Bahn). Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal war am Anreisetag etwas überfordert. Das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, Fernsehen ging nicht (wurde vom Hausmeister eingestellt, aber auch nicht richtig nur ZDF und dadurch abends kein Fussball gucken). Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Kurzer Weg zum ÖPNV. Für einen Kurztrip zwecks Konzertbesuch völlig ausreichend.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies zu wünschen übrig bei Reklamation wurde man man vertröstet auf den abwesenden Managerin in 2 Tagen zu warten. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen !!

Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war sehr gut. Der Späti direkt um die Ecke;)

Cons:

Zunächst gab es in dem Inserat keinen Hinweis darauf, dass der Fahrstuhl kaputt war. Das finde ich im Hinblick auf Menschen mit Handicap nicht gut.
Unser Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet , nicht klimatisiert und die Einrichtung abgeranzt.
Es gab keinen Kühlschrank , keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher oder Gläser für Getränke. Kein Telefon oder ähnliches.
Der „Flachbildschirm“ war so klein, das man wohl eine Lupenbrille bräuchte um fern zu sehen. Die Fernbedienung habe ich nicht angefasst , weil sie komplett versifft war. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sauber.
Die Duschschläuche waren verschimmelt.
Einzig positives: die Matratzen waren ganz bequem.
Das in der Rezension gut bewertete Frühstücksbüffet würde ich wohl eher als mangelhaft bezeichnen. Ich finde im 9:15 Uhr darf man erwarten, dass man von allem noch ausreichend probieren kann. Die überforderte Dame, die das Büffet betreut hat, war froh als alle weg waren. Für einen Preis für eine Nacht von 159€ kann man mehr erwarten. Da habe ich schon im besseren Hostels genächtigt!

Extremely small room in unacceptable condition. It was full of insects, and the staff refused to take any responsibility for it. The images shown on Booking do not match reality at all—the listing is misleading.
They seem to justify the poor conditions by claiming it is a single room, as if that meant having to accept a cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained space. The room had no air conditioning, the bed had cigarette burns, and the bathroom had several fixtures in bad condition.
Overall, this is an old hotel charging excessively high prices for a service that does not meet basic standards. I would never stay there again.

Die Lage war sehr schön, die Anbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Ein geschützter Parkplatz war verfügbar.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Föhn ging zeitweise nicht, Fahrstuhl war defekt, Parkplatz sehr schwer zu erreichen und die Beschreibung war eher dürftig
