Our keys to the room would not unlock our doors. The staff ended up giving us the housekeeper keys, etc. on our first day because those were the only keys that worked to open our door. The next day, the housekeeper keys stopped working, smh.

La atención de Gilberto en recepción que nos ayudó a cambiar de habitación

Cons:

Mal estado. Estuve hace 8 años y por eso volví pero este viaje está todo muy deteriorado. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación en 3er piso y no andaba el ascensor. Tuvimos que subir todo el equipaje con un niño y un bebé por escaleras. Al llegar a la habitación estaba todo el piso ondulado, las paredes con humedad. Los TV no andaban, tiene horno pero no tenía ni una asadera, fui a pedir y me dijeron que tenía que traer. El lugar parece sucio porque está mal mantenido. A los dos días en recepción nos atendió Gilberto y gracias a él nos cambiaron a habitación en planta baja, que era más amplia y por suerte no teníamos que subir tantas escaleras con los niños. Gilberto muy amable y predispuesto, él fue lo mejor del alojamiento.
En 5 días nos cambiaron las toallas una vez sola, no limpian la habitación y tampoco hay ni un escobillon para limpiarla nosotros.
No hay buen olor, y la pileta también está cerrada “por mantenimiento”.

It provided what we needed for the night.
Pros:

The location was great! Easy walk to the beach.

Cons:

Elevator wasn’t working. No coffee bar even though they had a coffee bar. Could be cleaner. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Very loud from the music and construction outside.

unica nota positiva la dimensione dalla stanza e il sevizio di teli da spiaggia.
Per il resto ascensore guasto, piscina, che anche se piccola per bambini può aiutare, in manutenzione e non utilizzabile, asciugacapelli non disponibile in camera e non fornito nemmeno su richiesta, cucina della camera sprovvista di utensili, portati poi dopo averli richiesti.
Posizione molto buona per spiaggia ed Ocean's Drive.

Please pay attention to maintenance
Pros:

Room is clean and most of facilities are there

Cons:

Weak response to fix things
Bedroom TV was not working from the first day and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it she told me by the end of the day that they tried but couldn't do it
We stayed without TV for 4 days
Also the elevator was out of service from day 2 till we left on day 5

Great location
Pros:

We loved the location and decorations. We had a big room. We couldn't do early check in but they saved our luggage. Not much noise from outside. Always found someone in front desk.

Cons:

Our room was okay but it feels a little old. The red decorations pillow in the bed was smelling so bad. Staff were just ok, nothing remarkable. Toilet doesn't flush properly.

Cons:

I didn't get my deposit back, after multiple attempts to resolve this issue still no further along. Contacted my bank on advice from hotel and was told they'd be er authorised the money to be refunded. So it just seems a quick trick to scam guests out of further money.
