Excelente localização.

Very nice stay

The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need
2 bedrooms with 2 big beds plus a sofa bed

Clean and comfy

Cons:

The lift did not work so we had to use the stairs and the room was in the 4th floor
I hoped we can do an early check in around 12 but we couldnt, also we were informed that we will be contacted once the room is ready but it never happened, spent the day out and came back at 6 to check in
The pool is super tiny
No Bathrooms located in the lobby or outdoor area

My laid back vacation
Pros:

Samantha was wonderful and the Cuban restaurant was close just at the end of the block and Walgreens was at the other end

Horrible customer service
Pros:

I am currently here and my experience is lack luster. To begin with the elevator is STILL not operating. During check in no one explained how we would get towels. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The lady that answered the phone was not very helpful. I was told that my room would be cleaned AFTER the other rooms were cleaned. I highly recommend not staying here.

The staff was nice.

Cons:

I had to pay a resort fee and the elevator did not work and we stayed on the 4th floor. The beds was hard and the floors were cracking as we were walking across and the room had a stench to it and our living room tv did not have a working tv. I paid for an upgrade for no reason and the pull out couch was dirty, walls was coming apart. I know it’s Miami and it’s hot but I do feel as though they should have had sitting room inside with air but they had fitting room outside no air. I will not book this hotel again.
