The staff are brilliant.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and sorted out immediately the only problem I had on this most recent visit.

Cons:

The Aircon wasn’t working in my room. They asked me to change rooms to solve the problem and permitted me to leave my possessions in the original room.

Elegant and comfortable property in the heart of the top shopping district, very walkable to La Scala and the Galleria.
Pros:

Excellent location, elegant hotel, nicely maintained and with a good and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was on the small side though still comfortable, and the breakfast is a bit pricey.

Quiet Milan stay
Pros:

Quiet, tucked away right amongst the luxury shopping area, clean, well appointed. Old world charm. It’s my second time staying here and I will come back.
