高齢者、障がい者にも配慮したホテルにしてほしい。
Pros:

大垣駅に近くて便利。
スタッフの人たちの対応はよい。。
コーヒー、紅茶、ほうじ茶など、飲み物のティーパックが色々用意されていて、部屋に持ち帰り利用できた。

Cons:

車椅子を使用して利用したがバリアフリーに対応していない。部屋の扉がすぐに閉まり、押さえなければ入室できない。
朝食会場の段差にスロープは一応あったが、スロープを降りたところにテーブルがセットされ使用不能。先客がそこで食事をしており、その人が食べ終わるのを待ってテーブルを移動し、ようやく車椅子で会場に入れた。もう一人の車椅子の客は朝食会場外のテーブルで食べるよう言われてそうしていたが、ビュッフェなのでどの客も食事を楽しめるよう車椅子の客にも配慮した配置にしてほしい。スロープはもう少し幅や長さを伸ばした方が安全に入室できると思う。

リピーターですが、前回に比べて朝食は↓かな？
ホテルも色々と運営にあたり大変だと推測しますが、インバウンド客に重点を置き
日本人はオマケ待遇では
次回どう考えれば？？？
でも、厳しい社会情勢化に於いてホテル側がご苦労されて無駄を省く努力をされている事は
理解しなければと思いますが…
勿論、シティホテルと比較している訳ではありません　悪しからず。

I had a wonderful, restful 3 nights stay in this spacious hotel with attentive and friendly service providers.
Pros:

Service staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast had both Japanese and Western foods and they were delicious and well cooked. I especially like the Berry Mizu-Manju which is the food speciality of Ogaki. Although furniture was dated, they were comfortable. The room and the toilet felt more spacious because it’s an older hotel.

Cons:

It took me some time to know how to use the bidet because it’s an older model. Apparently, if one flushes the toilet before using the bidet, it would not work. But it’s a small matter so on the whole there is nothing to complain about.

バスタブの底ヒビが入りテープで補修しているが立ってバスタブ内でのシャワー時、踏んで傷を大きくしないか心配だった。

古さはあるが清潔、というレビューをみた
そのとおりだなと思った
スタッフの方が穏やかで丁寧だなと感じた
若いスタッフもいたがきちんとしていたと感じた
朝食バイキングのお世話をしてくれた女性スタッフたち、とてもお世話してくれて和んだ
