Next to the balcony is one more big walk available for everyone The balcony really scared me. When someone came and sat opposite my balcony window. That is not funny. I think there is a need to be change the other people who can't walk there. I didn't feel comfortable about that. Because I came out of the bathroom and saw the other person opposite my window.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception and check-in staff, Mr. Manoj. Having travelled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the smoothest, quickest, and most efficient check-in experiences we have had. Despite the hotel being very busy and it being peak check-in time, all our minor requests and adjustments were handled with remarkable speed and efficiency.

The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The housekeeping, concierge, restaurant, and valet staff were all extremely cooperative, professional, friendly, and always willing to assist.

A special mention and well done to Mr. Manoj, who truly played a leading role in ensuring that our first stay at this hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. His professionalism, efficiency, and personal attention made a real difference to our overall experience.

We look forward to returning and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

The location was good. The view from the common area of the mandovi river and the casinos was great. Close to the center of Panjim city. Everything was close by.
Food was good.
Casino was a bit cluttered but options were available to play as I always prefer the on screen roulette which was available.

Cons:

The hotel had some renovation in the floor above us which was quite frustrating but after we complained they took care of it. The reason I mention this is because if there is a renovation planned then the room booked by the customer needs to be changed and informed.
