Superb stay to enjoy Panjim city. Real value for money
Pros:

The property is located right on top of a hill overlooking the Mandovi River. It’s conveniently close to all major tourist spots in town. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The pool is somewhat clean but needs attention as pigeons are regularly seen around it. We could not use the pool for a long time due to floating bird feathers and other debris.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Clean and comfortable but predominantly serving a casino.
Pros:

Lovely, friendly, courteous and welcoming staff. Good breakfast and good location, with a great view of the water from our room.
Good laundry service.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were unaware that this hotel primarily serves the casino that is attached to it. We booked it because it had a pool but we felt unable to use it due to the number of people (mostly men) who were hanging about the pool area all hours of the day.
For any westerner, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel - more like a 3 star. Clean and comfortable but dated.

Loistava sijainti ja rauhallinen hyvän palvelun hotelli
Pros:

Sijainti on loistava, aivan keskellä historiallista Panajia. Hotellilta on helppo kävellä keskeisiin kohteisiin ja ravintoloihin. Lisäksi hotellin terassilta on upeat näkymät joelle. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja aina saatavilla. Aamiainen painottuu intialaiseen ruokaan mutta on todella runsas ja tuore. Huoneemme oli valtava. Söimme yhtenä iltana hotellin ravintolassa ja ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja palvelu erinomaista. Hotelli on keidas keskellä Panajia.

Cons:

Hotellissa näkyy pieni ajan kuluma. Se ei ole mikään luksus-hotelli, mutta erittäin hyvää keskitasoa.

Aufenhalt angenehm, hat die Erwartungen jedoch nicht ganz erfüllt.
Pros:

Auch wenn das Hotel bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, fühlt man sich sofort wohl darin. Es wird alles angeboten, was in dieser Kategorie erwartet wird. Ausserordentlich ist die Lage, man ist auf keinerlei Transportmittel angewiesen, um das Zentrum oder die Flusspromenade zu erkunden. Gefallen hat mir die gefüllte Minibar, ist nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich.

Cons:

Enttäuschend war die Zuteilung des Zimmers, es lag direkt neben einem der Event Sääle des Hotels. Beim einchecken war war er noch nicht belegt, abends ab 21 Uhr fand dort eine indische Veranstaltung mit entsprechender Lärmkulisse statt.
Obwohl bei Booking.com erwähnt, bietet das Hotel keinerlei Unterstützung für Ausflüge an und verweist stattdessen auf Reisebüros in Panjim ohne konkrete Auskünfte über Art oder Lage geben zu können.

値段もリーズナブル。

Hôtel hyper agréable et breakfast royal
Pros:

L'emplacement, juste au dessus du quartier latin, mais au calme et beaucoup de verdure.
La superficie de la chambre, on respire !
Pareil pour la salle d'eau !
Nous avions demandé une chambre, côté jardin mais la première chambre ne nous plaisait pas du tout du fait qu'elle soit de plein pied.. nous avons pû avoir la même mais au troisième .. .ça a tout changé..... Nous avons pû observer plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux.... Super.
Côté piscine cela doit être plus bruyant. ..
Sinon le personnel est adorable !!
Quant au breakfast, c'est royal !

Cons:

Si vraiment, il faut dire quelque chose, je dirai que les oreillers sont trop dur .
Si il pouvait y avoir un oreiller dur et un mou, ce sera parfait .
Ça c'est pour l'année prochaine, quand nous reviendrons ..

Pros:

Really good location overlooking the river and only a short walk to Fontainhas and other sites in Panaji. Rooms comfortable and clean, staff helpful. Great breakfast - lots of choice.
