Pros:

Sehr individuell eingerichtetes Hotel in top Lage. Wir haben hier mit unserem Kind drei Nächte verbracht.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch die Station der vaporetto sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das sehr freundliche Team des Hotels runden die top Bewertung ab.

Very satisfied with our stay, we like the quiet and easy access of the location.
Pros:

I like that it was easy to walk 15-20 minutes to and from the coach/tram station or 2 stops (line 1 by water bus). Easy to go around Venice just a few minutes to water bus stop. I love the colourful motif on each floor and rooms even the breakfast lounge. I feel safe that there’s a receptionist that could check especially during the night. I like our purple room on the top floor with a nice view of Venice, it was a quieter area and staff are very friendly. I like our breakfast too with a selection of cold and hot food. I will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.

Ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft für Venedig-Erkundigung
Pros:

Ruhige und zentrale Lage, gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar, ausgesprochen freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter; wir konnten das Gepäck am Abreisetag problemlos bis nachmittags unterstellen.
Sehr empfehlenswerte Pizzeria ("All´ Anfora" in der Lista dei Bari 1223) nur ca. 200 m entfernt !

Cons:

Ein Einzelzimmer lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum (daher morgens etwas unruhig); Beleuchtung im Zimmer deutlich zu schwach. Beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis an oberer Grenze.

Pros:

Lokalizacja ok. Wygląd zewnętrzny, śniadanie, dziedziniec piękny. Klimat.

Cons:

To nie są 4 gwiazdki. W Polsce dostaliby max.2. Brak ekspresu do kawy dostępnego całą dobę. Pokoje i sprzęt zużyty. Brzydki zapach wilgoci w pokoju. Nie zamykające się, uszkodzone drzwi. Spalone żarówki. Pokój nie tak kolorowy i ładny jak na zdjęciach, po prostu biały. Kawa w pokoju , rozpuszczalna nescafe w Italia! W Polsce nie do pomyślenia w 4 gwiazdkach, a to Włochy! Hotel bylby ok, ale nie można dawać sobie 4* i żądać taka cenę za taki standard.

A very nice surprise
Pros:

It looks like nothing on the outside but really nice on the inside. The hotel room itself was not my taste in decor (early Italian) but comfy and clean. the breakfast was awesome and the price was great considering we were there during the Olympics.
