Great value for money, clean and comfortable.
Restaurant food excellent and restaurant staff exceptionally friendly and attentive.
No breakfast facilities. No curtains on bedroom window, just a blind and light shone in at the sides.
Very poor threadbare towels. No housekeeping visited room, three night stay , towels not changed or bins emptied . Tea, coffee milk etc. Not replenished, disappointing
The staff were incredibly friendly and there was a great vibe at the pub on Friday. Great also having the Spar across the road.
The room was quite dirty, hair in the shower and cobwebs everywhere. Our sheets also had dirty marks on them and the neighbours at the back of the hotel were very loud in their garden on the Saturday night until quite late around 1am.
The staff were very helpful & pleasant. There was a handy little shop across the road which was well stocked. The breakfast was very nice & a reasonably good choice.
The houses to the rear were in very close proximity to the rooms at the rear of the hotel & the owners were in their garden until 1am playing music & talking very loudly. Not ideal for a break away or if you have a young family.

It’s in a quiet village, close to Dundee. Wee shop across the road. Plenty of free parking. Television has Netflix/Prime functions if you have an account you can log into
Restaurant was closed when I visited (Monday and Tuesday) but the owners were very kind and allowed me to have a plate and cutlery in the room to have dinner delivered
Nice people and calm area
No breakfast available at the hotel (but we solved this by bying food at the supermarket accross the road).
Convenient base for an activity-focussed break. It’s easily accessible and close to cycle routes to and from Perth and Dundee.
There’s a public bar and restaurant that pretty much serve food all day.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.

This isn’t really a hotel. It’s a pub and restaurant that offers accommodation.
Rooms aren’t serviced until you leave but reception staff are happy to supply anything you need. My room was a bit scruffy and tired but everything worked.
Breakfasts aren’t provided but you can order brunch from 10am at weekends. There is a cafe just up the road and a mini mart opposite.
The events in the bar and restaurant can be a bit noisy at times but they are all over by 11pm at latest.
The staff were great. They went the extra mile.
They provided public transport information and information about the hotel.
Lovely staff, great rooms just right location for our monthly visit to Inchture to see our Grandchildren. X
Nothing at all, only downside is its very poplar and if we dont book early we sometimes miss out x
