Rustic
Good location, restaurant nice for evening meals.
Room very dated, broken tile in bathroom. Paid for breakfast, but when we arrived were told it didn’t start till 10 am, due to Covid! It’s misleading not to inform guests that there is no breakfast, not even coffee before 10.
Dinner at the restaurant was good. However, no breakfast available, only brunch available at weekends also brunch selection didn't have light offerings of cereals, muesli or porridge.

Room 7 is very noisy. The door does not reach the bottom of the floor and you hear everyone coming and going
L’hotel ha di fronte un piccolo supermercato dove la mattina si può comprare caffè, dolci, giornali e ottime fragole del luogo. Lenzuola e letti molto puliti.
L’ingresso e le camere avevano un odore molto forte e poco piacevole.

No breakfast facilities. No curtains on bedroom window, just a blind and light shone in at the sides.
Very poor threadbare towels. No housekeeping visited room, three night stay , towels not changed or bins emptied . Tea, coffee milk etc. Not replenished, disappointing
The staff were very helpful & pleasant. There was a handy little shop across the road which was well stocked. The breakfast was very nice & a reasonably good choice.
The houses to the rear were in very close proximity to the rooms at the rear of the hotel & the owners were in their garden until 1am playing music & talking very loudly. Not ideal for a break away or if you have a young family.
The staff were incredibly friendly and there was a great vibe at the pub on Friday. Great also having the Spar across the road.
The room was quite dirty, hair in the shower and cobwebs everywhere. Our sheets also had dirty marks on them and the neighbours at the back of the hotel were very loud in their garden on the Saturday night until quite late around 1am.

It’s in a quiet village, close to Dundee. Wee shop across the road. Plenty of free parking. Television has Netflix/Prime functions if you have an account you can log into
Restaurant was closed when I visited (Monday and Tuesday) but the owners were very kind and allowed me to have a plate and cutlery in the room to have dinner delivered
