Kwam om te rusten, maar zijn voor 7 uur al gevlucht

Cons:

Airco was kapot, moesten met raam open slapen. Om de 3 minuten denderde de tram door je kamer. In de nacht stopte het 4 uurtjes en begon weer om 5.30

Апартаменты очень хорошие, удобная парковка, удобное заселение.

Cons:

К сожалению чистота в номере не была идеальной. Пол был такой грязный, будто там неделю ходили в обуви и после этого его не мыли.

Décevant. Cet hôtel doit revoir ses prestations et entretenir ses locaux.
Pros:

Compte tenu des circonstances, accueil très aimable du réceptionniste, qui nous a offert le stationnement et proposé un bip d'accès.

Cons:

Climatisation en panne (plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre). Aucune solution ni ventilateur proposé. Lits inconfortables. Baignoire difficile d'accès, bonde cassée (donc, pas de bain). Rideau occultant cassé (obligé de monter sur une chaise pour le bricoler). Multitudes de codes d'accès (refusés).

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner très bien pour le 1er jour
Malheureusement pas de place pour nous le 2ème jour ... Il a fallu aller ailleurs

Cons:

La climatisation en panne pendant nos 2 jours
Et réveillé tous les matins à 6h 30 par les bruits extérieurs.
Nous avons eu le parking gratuit mais nous ne reviendrons plus.

Pros:

Le personnel a notre arrivée était très gentil et de bons conseils

Cons:

L'envoie du mail 5 jours avant afin de nous dire que la climatisation était en panne, impossible de changer d'hôtel car beaucoup était complet, on a demandé un geste commercial qui n’a pas été appliqué.... déçue car franchement le petit déjeuner aurait pu être offert, bref nous y avons été une fois mais pas 2, ils pourraient faire un geste !

I paid but was not able to enter the room. Because all.wrong information's were sent to me and nobod

After I arrived, I had no accuses code to entrance e door.Nobidyvsent it to me.
After half hour waiting and coming numbers which nobody ever answered, one guest opened the entrance. E door for me.
Pin code I re ived was in order to and I would not open the box to get key for the room.I called number from the box and some woman answered saying they are not dealing with this building,
So why this number is written there????
After waisting 2 hours calling all numbers I was able to find, nobody,answered and I had to go and pay anither room in 7 Spa Hotel near by.
You are horrible, and I will write on Facebook about you for Travellers to avoid booking with you.
THIS IS RIDICILOUS
WORST ACE I EVER BOOKED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
