Loads of kids there for sports events, so public areas were very loud. We had our dog with us, a golden retriever. He’s extremely clean, only sleeps on bed we provide and I can almost guarantee we didn’t leave a single dog hair behind. Although hotel charged us $75 just to have the dog in hotel. We thought that was a bit unreasonable & unfair. We ALWAYS pick up after our dog on the lawn and felt it was just another excuse to charge us more money. Also parking was by QR code and it wouldn’t go thru on my phone or my husbands. Hoping we were not ticketed all night.

I loved the suite. Breakfast was great. Loved happy hour. The pool was great for the kids

Super convenient hotel for a zoo trip
Pros:

Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed using the workout room. It was in a great spot for quick meals outside of Omaha and very easy to navigate. The breakfast was excellent.

Realmente me gustó mucho la ubicación la habitación ni se diga muy hermosa y muy limpia el personal muy servicial

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que llegue muy cansada del viaje y tuve que meterme a una aplicación donde tenía que pagar mi parqueadero me gustaría que mejor se tome el tiempo el hotel de ponerlo junto al pago de la habitación eso ayudaría muchísimo

Otherwise, we had a great pleasant day like I said it was convenient and staff was wonderful

I booked one night at the Embassy Suites. Went to check in and their systems were down. Waited 25 mins then was told they didnt have a room for me but sent me next door to the Courtyard by Marriott. Courtyard was great, I was lucky they had rooms. So I never stayed at the Embassy Suites, stayed and paid at Courtyard. After checkout the next day I see a room charge from Embassy Suites on my card. Luckily I lost the card I booked with a few weeks ago and it was shut down so the charges never went through. But they tried to charge me for a stay that I never had at the Embassy Suites. Because of Courtyard ended up having a good night, Embassy Suites was awful.

Wonderful spot for large groups!!
Pros:

We were in town for a funeral and staying at the Embassy Suites. We had a large family group and were able to gather in the dining area one evening for pizza. Tony at the front desk was extremely friendly, kind and helpful with any thing we needed and he helped us haul out the trash. We were so grateful for the space and the availability to our group.
