Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed using the workout room. It was in a great spot for quick meals outside of Omaha and very easy to navigate. The breakfast was excellent.
Was clean, very courteous everything was easy to find ,staff was wonderful
Carpet in room needs attention, was bunched up in doorways and stuff like that just wear and tear
Spacious room
That parking is an additional cost of $11 a day. If you are already paying for a room they could give you a slip for your dash instead of charging you to park
Nothing
I booked one night at the Embassy Suites. Went to check in and their systems were down. Waited 25 mins then was told they didnt have a room for me but sent me next door to the Courtyard by Marriott. Courtyard was great, I was lucky they had rooms. So I never stayed at the Embassy Suites, stayed and paid at Courtyard. After checkout the next day I see a room charge from Embassy Suites on my card. Luckily I lost the card I booked with a few weeks ago and it was shut down so the charges never went through. But they tried to charge me for a stay that I never had at the Embassy Suites. Because of Courtyard ended up having a good night, Embassy Suites was awful.
We were in town for a funeral and staying at the Embassy Suites. We had a large family group and were able to gather in the dining area one evening for pizza. Tony at the front desk was extremely friendly, kind and helpful with any thing we needed and he helped us haul out the trash. We were so grateful for the space and the availability to our group.
We love the happy hour and breakfast! Great location!
Had to pay for parking
The lobby was very nice and good breakfast
No pool table
We stayed a week in mid-April 2026 while visiting relatives in Omaha. I mostly want to commend the Front Desk staff--and in particular, Mechelle--for assisting and supporting me when my husband who has Alzheimer's vanished from our room in the dark early morning hours of April 17th. I was beyond terrified & hysterical, but the staff calmly took charge, called 9-1-1 for me, comforted me, and never left me until the police located him (based on info from the hotel's maintenance staff who had reported seeing him in the parking lot) and returned him to the hotel. Everyone was so kind and caring, and I will be forever grateful. 🙏
The service! Everyone was so nice .
The snack hour left something to be desired. The shower curtain wouldnt stay in place so the water would get out, or you would be exposed. And the shower head settings were terrible. Just a normal shower spray would have been acceptable
Had a cool design/fountain in the center
We selected a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds that sagged so that you would roll into the center.
You had to go through a different app to pay for parking that didn’t work very well so the first 30 min of our stay was spent trying to get it to work. We got there at 11:00pm and didn’t want to spend our time on that. Would rather just get charged by hotel or not at all! Don’t recall seeing anything about paying for parking when we booked.
everything was absolutely perfect!
nothing
We very much enjoyed out stay at this Embassy Suites, it was a great place for us to stay and recharge while traveling cross country.
This is an old style Embassy, think open courtyard, glass elevator, etc…If you have a room in the opening to the courtyard it can get noisy in the living room area, but the bedroom area was close. Our first night a group of kids were allowed by the parents to run up and down the hall screaming and yelling as well as going up and down the elevators, but that stopped around 10 pm, could have been because of the sheriff in the lobby.
We loved having a true two room suite, door closing off the bedroom instead of the new open concepts at most hotels.
The sleeping area was quiet, the bed comfortable and makes leaving to get on the road again a tough decision. While a dated hotel, I wish there was one just like it in everyplace we stopped, if so we might never stay at another brand.
The front desk was incredible, my only complaint is they charge $10 per night for parking, I was told that is being driven by corporate Hilton and not a local decision, I have heard the same thing from other properties. This should be criminal, show a price to stay and stop with the hidden fees!
Breakfast was the typical Embassy offerings, but the staff was very friendly and was one of the cleanest I have stayed at.
Multiple places close by to eat. For shopping, Cabellas and Costco are walking distance, there is also a theater/pub in the area.
All things considered, when in the area, I don’t think we would stay anywhere else.
If you’re looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay, I don’t think you will do better than this, just be prepared to pay for parking.
Breakfast is always good. the morning cook has been there for years is very good and very friendly.
The rooms are becoming dated. carpet was stretched and loose almost causing a tripping hazard.
