The location was on point. Coffee was good, didn't get the chance to have breakfast.
I wish that you more things on tv and have sugar and cream in the room to make coffee.
We had a wonderful time at our recent stay. We were passing through and I'm glad we stopped here. Chris J. was so helpful with valet and then also recommending a few great options for dinner that were within walking distance. Everyone was no polite and the establishment was very clean.
Worst hotel stay I think ever we had to try 3 different rooms to finally get one that everything worked in. This is supposed to be recently renovated stay away from this one. I even called my Hilton honors to try to twitch hotels. The added bonus was the homeless guy screaming in the streets at 3am.

Parking, broken elevator
The weekend staff was fantastic as always. When it came to my room and me needing to be moved, they were amazing and understanding. Breakfast was okay; nothing to write home about or anything super special.
My original room was not fully stocked by housekeeping. Valet was a little slow considering how I was always "number one" in the queue. The room didn't get "hotel room" cold, but it wasn't crazy hot. The water out of the shower was brown and that was my last straw. The location was blocked off by MPD, so it was hard to get back.

Shower not clean, ants, urine on the floor around toilet. KaShaunta was very nice other front desk staff was not.
I love the staff! Mrs. Pat was so sweet and willing to help! Also the lady with the short hair and the lady with the dreads (can’t remember their names. It was clean, the breakfast was good and hot!
I didn’t like how the air wasn’t getting colder. So I didn’t sleep well as I wanted. But the staff did try to help with setting it for me.

Nothing where to park, staff was rude, I got double charged, police had the street blocked couldn’t park within 2 blocks of the hotel.

The location may have been in the heart of the city but my family and I did not feel safe staying there. We actually left and found a new hotel. We will never go back.

There was no food for breakfast and no one was in the area to report it to. No one asked about our stay.
We loved our stay. Our valet, Chris, was very helpful.
