Clean
No parking, like unless you pay for parking they have zero parking and no soap in bathroom or bags for cans. No free cancellation when you arrive and want to leave because of the parking.
Parking and ability to safely remove belongings from car is terrible. Constantly hassled by very expensive valet. Belittled when decided not to let unpleasant valet park car. Wifi was a mess to get working.
Paid for a room with two beds, got a room with one bed. After being moved to a room with a fold out couch next to the elevator, we got basically no sleep.
Could’ve stayed across the street for less, I thought the old building would be charming, I was wrong.
Location was excellent.

I wish that you more things on tv and have sugar and cream in the room to make coffee.
We had a wonderful time at our recent stay. We were passing through and I'm glad we stopped here. Chris J. was so helpful with valet and then also recommending a few great options for dinner that were within walking distance. Everyone was no polite and the establishment was very clean.
Worst hotel stay I think ever we had to try 3 different rooms to finally get one that everything worked in. This is supposed to be recently renovated stay away from this one. I even called my Hilton honors to try to twitch hotels. The added bonus was the homeless guy screaming in the streets at 3am.
The weekend staff was fantastic as always. When it came to my room and me needing to be moved, they were amazing and understanding. Breakfast was okay; nothing to write home about or anything super special.
My original room was not fully stocked by housekeeping. Valet was a little slow considering how I was always "number one" in the queue. The room didn't get "hotel room" cold, but it wasn't crazy hot. The water out of the shower was brown and that was my last straw. The location was blocked off by MPD, so it was hard to get back.

I love the staff! Mrs. Pat was so sweet and willing to help! Also the lady with the short hair and the lady with the dreads (can’t remember their names. It was clean, the breakfast was good and hot!
I didn’t like how the air wasn’t getting colder. So I didn’t sleep well as I wanted. But the staff did try to help with setting it for me.

Nothing where to park, staff was rude, I got double charged, police had the street blocked couldn’t park within 2 blocks of the hotel.

The location may have been in the heart of the city but my family and I did not feel safe staying there. We actually left and found a new hotel. We will never go back.
Ligging in centrum. Ontbijt was heel veel keuze, erg vriendelijke ontbijtmedewerker, koffie en thee 24/7 beschikbaar. Mooie nette kamer. Heel leuk die welkomstboodschap op je tv.
