Staff, clean facility!
Breakfast was basic
Very convenient location. The room was clean.
Some staff were friendly, but others not so much. Every morning we played the game "what will be missing from breakfast ". The first morning the coffee was ice cold probably left over from the day before and there was no milk. One day there were no forks available no juice available.
One day there will be bagels, but no cream cheese. The next day there was cream cheese and no bagels.

Great location, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as most hotel beds, specifically the pillows could be improved.
So close to target center/field and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

The shower and location were great. It was all clean and quiet.
The bathroom door was difficult to close. And I was a little confused on where the hot items for breakfast were. I also couldn’t find coffee for my coffee maker in the room

Large spacious rooms
Very few amenities are offered. The breakfast offering was horrible.
The location was perfect, right across the street from the theater. It was clean and secure. There was an issue with my room apparently and when I went to check in they had upgraded me to the Hennepin Suite. The room was fantastic.
We got to the room and it was amazing, only downfall was the shower.. the cold water side didn’t work. The shower only had hot and hotter, no temperature regulation.
The person at the reception, Tensia, was great. Excellent service, very good hotel.

There was a ghost. The ghost copied my friend’s appearance it was scary
