Cerca de los outles, muy cerca de la frontera.

Cons:

Muy mala zona, se siente insegura. La habitación olía mal, el control no respondía, si la arreglaron. El extractor del baño hacia mucho ruido. El precio fue exageradamente elevado para lo que ofrecía el hotel

I was turned away at check-in and told that my reservation was cancelled. I was given no notice and had nowhere to go in a strange city. As a woman traveling alone this is terrifying. Unacceptable.

Cons:

Sono arrivato 1h prima rispetto all’inizio del check-out, nonostante la stanza fosse pronta e disponibile mi hanno fatto pagare 10$ per l’ingresso anticipato, l’ho trovato piuttosto scortese

Criminal activity going including prostitution upstairs, (yelling, pounding door, loud arguing, fighting). Use of drugs and weird people roaming around late at night (loud conversations outside. Intensive smell of marihuana).
Dirty sidewalks with slimming viscous liquid, feces on gravel, syringes, rotten food and candy, personal tissues...
Misleading accommodation price, very expensive with hidden unexpected charges being charged $70.00 extra. Then, being black mailed and manipulated by receptionist as she became egocentric crude, unfriendly, defensively rude and despotic. She said "pay now or go somewhere else" as I have nowhere to go with my elderly 92 yr old mother. Receptionist refused to give me two key cards. No hand towels, no hangers, dirty shower area with soap stains and body reproductive fluids. Continuous water leaking from bathtub faucet (a lot of noise). A.M. Receptionist unfriendly, sarcastic, bullying our concern. Ignoring us treating us insignificanttly. Heartbreaking. Principles are gone!

I really could not find anything positive to say

First room was dirty had someone’s trash in there we had to change rooms at 2 am smelled there was crumbs in the bed smelled like mildew
