First and last time here.
Pros:

The services are pretty good, the parking is for additional costs but they had, and was not necessary to looking for parking place in the surrounding area, the all inclusive was great and had a lot of variety and options for vegetarians too. The kettle is for deposit (20eur), what was a bit strange for me also. The room was not equally with 4* hotel rooms, maybe for a weak 3* or 2*, the room walls are maybe from “paper”, lot of noise, they didn’t care about “quite hours”, so if you are looking for a relaxed holiday exactly don’t choose this hotel :-).

Hotel masificado, cero tranquilidad para ir en familia. Hay que hacer colas para todo, locura!
Pros:

El personal era muy amable, y la comida del buffet estaba bastante rica. Las piscinas para los niños también estaban genial, muy divertidas.

Cons:

No pudimos coger ninguna tumbona en toda la semana, ya que la gente las reserva a las 06:00h de la mañana. Es una locura y un despropósito que vayas a las 9 a la piscina ( cuando supuestamente empieza a las 9:30h) y esté todo ocupado, pero solo de toallas, sin haber nadie. Fuimos con un niño de 2 años y no pudimos ponernos en ninguna tumbona con sombrilla, una vergüenza la verdad que el hotel no haga nada al respecto.

Vacances familiales formidables

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans cet hôtel avec la formule tout compris. Nos enfants de 8 et 5 ans ont beaucoup apprécié les toboggans et les animations. Une équipe d'animation motivée, avec des activités et présentations variées chaque jour. Dans la formule tout compris : snacks et glaces variés, les cuisiniers et serveurs sont très sympas.
L'hôtel est à proximité de nombreuses plages sympas, d'un Lidl et d'un marché intéressant.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Dans la formule tout compris, des jus frais, notamment le matin, auraient été plus appréciables.
Les places de parking sont très serrées, attention à la carrosserie.

Another year still great
Pros:

5th time here . And another amazing trip. Family loves it . Has everything happening. Pool slides entertainment. Clean . And the staff. Abraham Josè Julia mustafa new guy sergio Alex and jonathan security.. give us a smile 😃. If your into your all inclusive book through hotel you get better drink package top shelf items . Food can be hit and miss as is all other hotels. It's about 10 min from town and maybe 15 to beach . Also a lidl beside it .

Noisy, moldy - avoid this hotel.
Pros:

Avoid this place if you can. It’s a 3-star hotel at best. We were given a room right in front of the pool and the generator, so there was so much noise in the room and sleep wasn’t really an option. There’s mold and water damage on the ceiling above the toilet, and the WiFi in the room is essentially non-existent.

We asked if there were any other rooms available, but were told to come back later. We didn’t.

Location is good but the place is a bit of a dump.

The place has good pools and slides for kids.

Cons:

The rooms are run down. The hotel needs an upgrade and soon. Our room had black mould and a rusted bath.
