Good but only stayed 1 night.
Pros:

The room was good. Didn't get to use the facilities like we wanted to due to time (other appointments).

Cons:

The buffet breakfast could be better. Most of the hot food was lukewarm and they ran out of fried and scrambled eggs. Had to wait.

Was nice, breakfast needs attention!
Pros:

Bar, pleasure and restaurant Staff were ace!!!
Good banter. Played some pool and sat in your lovely underutilised courtyard
Shower was hot and good power!

Cons:

Breakfast I found mediocre, cold over cooked bacon, mushrooms and sausage. The eggs looked like they had been out too long, and the croissants were of poor quality also. Both coffee machine were so slow. Waiter had bad B.O.

A great hotel set in lovely grounds. Excellent value for money
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff welcoming and effieicent.

Cons:

For a conferencing centre the Wifi speed is very poor - I had difficulty hosting a TEAMS call.

Lovely location, friendly staff, great rooms - just need to get your Room Service to the same level
Pros:

Beautiful environment. The public spaces were beautiful

Cons:

I tried calling the room service for half an hour straight. Eventually I had to go down to the restaurant to put in the order. The food arrived in good time, but there was no salt and pepper or any other condiments. It was very dry. And served in a hurry.
