Pros:

This was our second visit and the staff rooms and facilities were just as good as the first time. It has a lovely bar area with a good restaurant a gym pool with steam room and sauna and a jacuzzi. The rooms are really good with comfortable beds and pillows and nice quality free toiletries

Overall, a great stay, comfortable bed, great breakfast and spa, no need to take your own towels as they supply them in
Pros:

We enjoyed using the saunas and jacuzzi, also the breakfast was fab

Cons:

The hair dryer in the room is not very powerful at all, it took me a lot longer than normal to dry my hair

Pros:

Dinner was good, we did not expect to eat here, but due to my mothers accident, they fitted us in
Breakfast was good nice choice
Drinks from the bar at a good price

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room and no Fridge, normal even in cheap hotels

Inability to control room temperature.
Pool facilities a little run down.
Breakfast - tables not cleaned, food missing and not replenished, literally nothing left in most stations after 0830. Staff clearly flustered and rude.
