Pleasant location. Good value. In house restaurant offered good range of food at reasonable price.
Pros:

Good choice of food. No waiting. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Lockers in ladies' changing rooms not working. Spinner would be useful. Water dispenser would be good.

Extremely disappointing

Close to a course I was attending

Cons:

No hot water the first evening and next morning and reception staff pretended they didn’t know and I wasn’t told or apologised to when I checked in.
Extremely loud fire door closures that almost rock you out of bed.
Beds badly made with sheets not even covering bare mattress.
Dirty mugs left after room serviced.
Very small, hot pool, full when I was seeking a refreshing swim.

clean, nice outdoor seating at property. nice hot drinks machine.

Cons:

breakfast quality could have been better, ran out of a lot of food by 9am on weekend. And breakfast finished at 9am on weekdays. Drinks quite expensive - £4.50 for a glass of coke.
checked in 11pm waiting a long time at reception for someone to answer the phone.

Bathroom very dirty room was basic for money, advertised as spa facilities water in hot tub was freezing and pool indoor
Pros:

Main house pictured looks stunning it’s a lot bigger with travel lodge style rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was 7-10 got there at 8:45 and nothing left, no fruit no yogurt bacon and sausages were almost gone, only 1 toaster to serve the entire breakfast hall.

The staff were very friendly
I paid £3 for a coffee and it was disgusting

Cons:

No support with luggage on arrival
There was a wedding, fair enough they have to look after them however, as a paying customer I would expect the same curtesy of attention

Good stay, Good breaksfast, the housekeeping staff needs to be trianed to clean the room properly

The breakfast was Ok, enjoyed the tea cake

Cons:

The issue we had was one of the staff insisting that we use Hand soap for body wash and we had to see another manager before body soap was provided and as well we wanted the room cleaned it wasn't cleaned properly and bedsheets were not changed , the environment was Ok but the housekeeping team needs to be trained
