Friendly staff, good service, spotless room, very comfortable bed, felt very secure as a single female.
My only fault would be the coconut shower products, that said I should of taken myt own...lol
Location and late pool opening hours
Pool was closed, no compensation, did not even give money back for breakfast as goodwill, limited drinks at the bar, staff would not tidy up outside areas for hours and some mugs and cups stayed on the table overnight from 3pm of the previous day including rubbish
Bar facilities and staff
Distance from car park to reception then reception to the room. Shower could of done with a better clean
Lovely location and grounds. Lots of choice at breakfast.
Lack of attention to detail. Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe, until we asked for more. Outside glass topped tables were never wiped over.
Location and the grounds are good for taking the dog. Food and facilities generally good. Staff helpful and professional.
The breakfast on the second morning was a little undercooked.
Lovely surroundings and staff.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi shut. Was one of the reasons I booked it.
We were really disappointed to be honest
My husband chose this venue for my daughter and I for
the swimming pool, we weren't given any prior notice and turned up to find the pool was closed. I'm disabled and swimming is one of the only things I can still manage . I asked the reason why and was told it can't be disclosed, I then had to spend a load of money to find something else to do. I have messaged them to complain and not even had a response
Loved the setting and outdoor areas .
We booked with plan to use swimming pool but was closed .very disappointed 😞 bathroom needs attention around bath area .silicone very dirty and mouldy .
Food was great in bar .we ate dinner on arrival .staff very professional and courteous.
My room was dirty - hair ball’s on the carpet and the tea tray had remnants of tea and coffee spillage from a previous guest.
It was dirty
very clean hotel
comfy bed
shame the pool was closed
also found plastic part in tartar sauce in my main meal
disappointed that swimming pool was closed
Noisy boiler outside room
The property is actually a long block of motel units attached to a 19th century "Hall". It would be more accurately described as Motel Sedgebrook, rather than the inaccurate and misleading Sedgebrook Hall. The breakfast was best described as "dreadful". Poorly cooked sausages, over-cooked eggs, flaccid and old porridge oats, no fruit, yoghurt bowl was empty and disinterested staff didn't bother to refill. What less could I say. The room, however was clean and recently decorated.
Location
Shabby bit not chic.
