Not great!!
Pros:

the room was quiet, no passing traffic.

Cons:

I ordered a food delivery as I was told by the reception that I could eat it in the bar. When the food arrived I went into the bar to eat it and was then told by the bar staff that I couldn't eat it in the bar but I could eat it outside. So I had to go outside to eat and in true British summertime fashion, of course, it started raining. So I ate outside in the rain......Not a great experience!!! Breakfast finishes at 9am!!!! I mananged to get a bowl of cereal.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and polite. The public areas were comforting

Cons:

Won’t accept cash. Room and bathroom were dirty and had lots of spiders. Sewage was coming into the toilet from the system. Hairdryer filthy and not Pat tested. Other electrical items had been given a 2028 date of testing. Outside doors left open down corridors late at night, allowing access to anyone. Food poorly cooked

The staff were excellent and thre for the purpose, only let down by the heat of the weekend.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant in the evening. Not too expensive either.
The room was of modest but adequate size but, without aircon, was rather hot.
But, to be fair, is was the hottest weekend of the year so far.

Cons:

The swimming pool was quite small and the leisure area in total was insufferably hot and humid.
We only used the pool once for that reason.

Very clean, big rooms, and easy access to all facilities

Cons:

Staff a little rude, not all just ine in particular. Tried to charge me for breakfast that was included in the price of my stay and was adamant it was not. Manager came out to confirm it was infact included.

Frustrating and disappointing. The Company’s Senior Management need to review the points raised as the Hotel isn’t a 4 s

The grounds and the semi rural location

Cons:

The hotel refused to reserve a disabled parking bay despite knowing my wife has Multiple Sclerosis and walking difficulties.
The disabled parking is hard to find with no signage.
The room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the room.
Marks on walls in the room.
The loo roll holder kept falling off the wall.
Paint was peeling off the walls in the room.
No glasses or bottles of water in the room.
The corridors need painting.
Poor attention to detail the room.
The Laundry baskets were visible all the time to guests in the corridors in prominent areas.

Great hotel. Would stay again. Better fans needed during hot weather.

Like the sustainability they aim for, great building.
Food good.

Cons:

2nd stay in hot weather. Both times the room fan hadn’t been fit for purpose. Reported.
Also, you offer food offers during World Cup but only for burger, pizza and a beer. Wine, even a small one should be provided as an option.

Disappointing stay in Northampton
Pros:

It was a spacious property and the manager was friendly .

Cons:

Mediocre and overpriced food - not freshly prepared - and bad service from reception staff who couldn't be bothered with guests (one complained 'he had had a long day' ) - should be service with a smile not huffy and unpleasant.
Air conditioning did not work and it was hot and sweaty
