was upset as I went through the hotel to book and after checking in I was told that I got no Hilton

waffle was only thing hot

Cons:

eggs were cold, sausage was cold, toaster settings were not worker everything came out burnt and hard.

Pros:

I forgot the guy's name at the counter when we got there but he was very professional and understanding. He also made sure my lady wasn't stressing about being on our cruise being this is our first time. But he was very friendly and considerate. If I ever come back down to that are I'll definitely stay there again

Great stay would definitely consider using again next holiday
Pros:

The whole stay - staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was great with more than enough room for my party. Breakfast and checkout the next morning was great. Really like making our own waffles
