Pros:

Breakfast and staff were great, location was good. Clean facilities!

Cons:

Room temperature was 74 degrees at night time and a/c thermostat wasn’t working and wasn’t able to adjust it at 2 am. Sweating all night and not able to sleep well, which is the most important part of a hotel.

Dobry na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Położenie, uprzejmy personel.

Cons:

Głośne wentylatory klimatyzacji. Niewystarczająco wygłuszone ściany. Mało urozmaicone śniadania.

Time to move on.
Pros:

This was my favorite hotel in Colorado, new management and the most recent Hilton money grab has led me to leave. I have stayed at this same hotel over 100 times in 15 years, maybe more. Location is great, but the costs have sky-rocketed. Now over 435-400 PLUS Dollars. Another convention coming and there old customers mean nothing. Management totally blew me off so I canceled. Went up the road and got the rooms for 200 dollars less. Hilton is doing thins all around the country.

Cons:

I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and informed the front desk, but they barely reacted. In the end, I had to go down there myself and show them the issue just to get a solution.
This was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. It was terrible. I would never want to visit this place again—it completely ruined what should have been a perfect Colorado trip.
