Horrendous
Pros:

Breakfast was not offered

Cons:

The front desk staff had no personality. The whole building and an odor about it. The furniture was chipped and scratched. It looked like it was from a 2nd hand store or a garage sale. We were awakened by a bunch of noise right below our 2nd floor room. At 5 AM we decided to leave. We packed up and as we left I told the desk clerk why we were leaving and that I expected a refund of any money paid to Extended Stay or Booking.com.

Government Funded Homeless Shelter!
Pros:

The price point besides the fact they tried to charge me $50 for an early check in of 40 minutes

Cons:

Where to start! There were only towels for one person with a 2 person check in, no coffee maker in the room, the breakfast was granola bars and muffins all chocolate chip in which I don't eat sugar. Oh wait there were 2 packages of oatmeal but no bowls. No hot water. The laundry only had 2 working washer which were full at all times with left laundry by live in people only a couple dryers that didn't have out of order stickers. The ice machine was " out of order" When we asked for more towels we were told the landry was being done and it would be at least 4 hours which would take us until 10 pm. Please explain that one ??? The TV has about a month's worth of dust which tells me this room wasn't properly cleaned the pot smell throughout all of the common areas was intense also cigarette smell. Will not stay here on my next trip. Message to the owners. If you are going to buy a hotel don't run it like a slum lord. Don't get into "hospitality" industry and not take pride in your establishment. 100% dissatisfied customer!!!! Oh also how about don't answer texts and phone calls while checking me in, on your personal device, as well. Learn respect and pride in your business or your job!!!!

Cleaning staff were very accommodating

Cons:

No luggage tables, leather chair was cracked very hard to sit on, chairs in the lobby were stained and the 1 washer and 3 dryers out of order for over 3 weeks that we were there. Place needs TLC.

The room had an odd odor, there was dust in the furniture, the fridge was dirty, there was hair and mold in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work, the first floor wreaked of cat urine, the “breakfast” they claim to offer is coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars, the staff was rude/inattentive, and the elevator was broken

Filthiest hotel ever. Plastered over fire sprinklers in room.
Pros:

Filthy. Cigarette butts on floors. Mold in rooms. Plastered over inside the room fire sprinklers. Showers do not drain. Floor molding ripped off. Door handles missing. Pet urine on hallway floors. Rude, rude, unprofessional employees.
