Im großen Ganzen wieder gut

Die neuen Zimmer

Cons:

Sehr unflexibles Personal. Wir haben über Booking com nur mit Frühstück buchen können wollten aber trotzdem am Abend im Haus essen und haben nicht bekommen was wir wollten. Schwache Leistung für ein 4 Sten Superior in Österreich

Pros:

Frühstück, SPA und die renovierten Zimmer sind super.

Cons:

Im Zimmer um 21:00 Uhr Temperaturn von 29 Grad. Keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster in der Nacht zu öffnen ist aufgrund der nahen Hauptstrasse wegen des Lärms nicht angenehm.

Pros:

Voorzieningen, ontbijt, kamer

Cons:

kamer bleek niet gereserveerd, terwijl we wel een bevestiging hadden ontvangen. Voor een extra kinderbed probeerde men nog extra geld te vangen, terwijl we ook daarvan bevestiging hadden dat dit kosteloos kon.

Far from the mountain oasis we were promised!
Pros:

While the room itself was modern and well maintained, the overall room experience did not reflect those promises. Nice pool and spa area with an inside pool connected to the outside pool, plenty of space for breakfast. But that’s about it.

Cons:

The suites are located at the far end of the building, directly facing B177, with the road dominating the outlook rather than the peaceful alpine scenery consistently presented throughout the hotel’s marketing. The balcony and the view were a key part of our booking decision, and this expectation was simply not met.

Hervorragendes Abendessen und Frühstück, und mein Mann bekam einem kleinen Geburtstagskuchen. Sehr schöner Wellnessbreeich. Großes schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr nettes Personal.

Pros:

Location is very convenient to come by car. Close to Rosenhutte bahn. The breakfast is great. The spa and pool are clean and comfortable, perfect after hike. Mountain view is beautiful in the room and restaurant.

Cons:

The location is also the main downside - the road is too close and noisy. There’s no air conditioning so we had to keep balcony door open, but it brought the road noise and overall was harder to sleep.
