Een hele fijne plek om ontspanning te combineren met wandelen,bergbanen en een gezellig dorp Seefeld

De mooie ligging en de goede faciliteiten zoals een zwembad en fitnessruimte.
Het ontbijt was super.

Summer holiday
Pros:

Newly renovated hotel with friendly staffs. Enough parking. Charging points for electric cars and parking place for bicycles. Swimming pool, and very well equipped gym. Nikolett and Amar in the restaurant are very friendly and attentive, we felt that we were taken care of. Massage from Giusi is top. Location is also very convenient to train station and lift. Starting our third night there was child buffet, which is nice because the halfboard menu was not nice.

Cons:

There is no ironing machine, no water cooker and cups in the room. We asked for it from the reception and we got it because its apparently optional. There is also no toiletteries like toothpaste or toothbrush,showercap.

There are everywhere signs of ADULT ONLY, incl the entrance to the swimming pool. was rather a confrontation, we came with a 7yr old, he was constantly very scared to see the signs as if he was in the wrong place. If the hotel is opened for family for children, i suggest they equally attentive to the little ones like making a nice spacious play room.

The halfboard dinner is not amusing and especially horribly small, the soup was every the same, some white liquid with different ingredients another day, the maincourse was always a piece of meat or fish of size of 2 fingers, and served even with potatoes of 3 big dices 🎲.

Pros:

Wir haben vier wunderschöne Nächte in diesem Hotel in Österreich verbracht und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt dort, und wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

Der Service ist hervorragend, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, frisch renoviert und sehr sauber – wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Auch das Restaurant hat uns überzeugt: Das Essen war sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man hatte allerdings den Eindruck, dass sie teilweise etwas überfordert waren, was vermutlich daran liegt, dass sie sehr viele Aufgaben und lange Arbeitszeiten haben.

Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt wieder sehr schön, und wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Pros:

This is the top notch place. They did the very good renovation work. Very nice breakfast. Stable Wi-Fi. Plenty of space in the garage. Spotless clean.

Cons:

Just 1 of 3 saunas was working. Selection and quality of the juices at the breakfast is way below of their breakfast standard.
It takes time and skills to make the room comfortable with the ceiling fan as there is no a/c in the rooms.

Beautiful modern hotel with great sauna, pool, breakfast and service.
Pros:

Highlights:
- very modern, newly renovated rooms (ideally get a pool side room to have mountain view)
- very nice and rich breakfast
- spa & wellness: great pool and sauna area (2 dry - even with infusion, 1 wet, large heated in-and outdoor pool)
- very friendly personnel
- amazing hotel restaurant with great menu and bar
- well equipped and modern gym
- dog friendly: also directly next to the hotel are 2 short paths to do a quick dog walk

We will definitely be back!

Things we missed:
- No Air conditioner: esp. on hot days the upper rooms might get a little warm. (To be fair: there was a kind of controller in the room - but it did not change anything.)

Wahnsinnig enttäuscht 😔

In der ersten Nacht ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Licht hinter dem Bett nicht auszuschalten war. Wir haben die Rezeption kontaktiert und jemand ist sofort gekommen, hat aber leider auch nicht helfen können. Wir hatten in der Nacht also ein voll beleuchtetes Zimmer, weil alle Zimmer ausgebucht waren. Am nächsten Tag haben wir nochmal bei der Rezeption vorgesprochen und kurz darauf ist ein Elektriker gekommen, der das Problem gelöst hat.

Cons:

Wir waren nun die ersten beiden Nächte nach der Neueröffnung hier. 80% der kompetenten Belegschaft wurde ausgetauscht. Das gesamte Kellner Personal ist maßlos überfordert, nicht einer hatte ein ehrliches, freundliches Lächeln auf den Lippen. Lächeln wirkte sehr erzwungen. Beim Abendessen hat man sich gefühlt als wäre man eine Belastung. Nach ungelogen 45 Minuten hat uns ein Kellner des erste Mal "beachtet" woraufhin ich ihm gesagt habe, dass wir etwas zu trinken möchten. Er meinte darauf hin sehr herablassend, er sei heute Abend nicht unser Kellner und weiß auch nicht wo dieser steckt. Die Flasche Wasser haben wir heute noch nicht bekommen. Nach Getränken wurde grundsätzlich nicht gefragt,wie mussten uns mit Handzeichen mehrmals bemerkbar machen um überhaupt von irgendeinem Kellner wahrgenommen zu werden.

Die Gänge wurden vertauschte. Unser Nachbartisch hat die Suppe nach dem Hauptgang bekommen. Der andere Nachbartisch hat sich selbständig eine Flasche Wasser geholt und wurde dafür getadelt, dass sie das nicht machen sollen, es würde dann schon jemand kommen.
Wir haben nach 1,5h(!) Gang 2 vor Gang 1 bekommen. Wir mussten den Kellner darauf hinweisen was wir von den Gängen für Auswahl getroffen haben. An beiden Abenden hatten wir verschiedene Kellner obwohl wir den gleichen Platz hatten. Alles lief drunter und drüber. Unsere 4 nebeneinander liegenden Tische mit jeweils nur 2 Personen wurden so übergangen dass es schon lächerlich erscheint.

Meine Mama hatte am ersten Tag Geburtstag. Wir dachten es wäre einfach Tag der Eröffnung da läuft noch nicht alles perfekt, vor allem mit neuem Personal. Aber von jedem Kellner die "Entschuldigen" hören zu müssen, dass alles noch so neu sei ist eine schwache Ausrede.

Und ja, wir waren freundlich zu den Angestellten und haben sie auch darauf hingewiesen, wie lange wir schon auf was waren.
