Whoever the late night staff lady was when I called to ask her to find out who was blasting their music at 230ish in the morning. She was super sweet.

The location was mid. Right across from a bar. There is a 10 dollar parking fee for each day you're there. No ice machine on site. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and bad trash. Constantly hot in the halls and the hotter it got. The worse the smell. The room was never dusted. The window area was disgusting with hair and bugs. The bathroom had hair under the toilet seat, roach dropping in the main kitchen drawer but you could they attempted to clean it up. The refrigerator leaked rust and some sticky liquid on the floor. The drawers were nasty and there were no remotes in the room, we had to ask for one down stairs. The breakfast is an absolute joke. So, make sure to get a good breakfast at the southern grill not far from the hotel. The recliner in the room was NASTY!!!! Didnt even sit in it. It was 1am when we checked in and we bought clorox wipes and cleaned disinfected the room the best we could after we got back Saturday. I did not want to lug our luggage back to the car. But I would and will never stay here again. 😔 absolutely no.

The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Almost everything! There was a ceiling leak or something when u first walked in. The rooms were stink, stoves and microwave was dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to go to urgent care because I was hurting bad. It’s a cheap metal frame that moves when u do. The bedding was dingy. Breakfast was really grab and go like oatmeal and grits packets. No cereal yogurts or anything. Tv wasn’t working too well.

Quiet and comfortable but pretty much bare bones.
Pros:

Location is great. Breakfast is a waste of time and money.

Cons:

The amped up security scared me and made me nervous about the area, but there were lots of policemen around.

I liked the location only.

Cons:

I was charged for parking as I was not aware $10 per night and they had no breakfast, I travelled with my kids and I always like to have breakfast, they said only coffee is available, they should not advertise complimentary breakfast, it is a big Lie.

The hotel is filthy and the rooms weren't clean.
The tub looked like it wasn't scrubbed, the sink in the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned, and the smell is horrible.
I had to use a bottle of air freshener to mask the scent.

What was epic was the first lady I encountered at check in said, there will be a charge for smoking in the room and I asked how can there be a charge when the place smells like smoke.

Then they have the audacity to charge for parking when the parking spots was built for the residents of the hotel.
