Great location, great service, great food
A bit too hot in rooms without air conditioning
It was perfect for my needs. Dog friendly, isolated with plenty of country walks straight from the property, lots of space to find a quiet corner and read my book and a lovely pool and sauna.
My room was very nice and a fan was provided but it was still uncomfortably warm and there was a strange smell in there.
Ample parking. Lovely setting with great staff. The pool area and bar were an added bonus. Close to where we were going to a party in Dorking.
Breakfast excellent

Location
Poor fan room hot shower head useless
Beautiful property, the gardens are stunning. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was quirky. Bed was comfortable. Having a bath was great for me
Hard to control temperature in room. No lift. Car parked away from hotel.
It was beautiful and had beautiful gardens
The breakfast was a bit busy and chaotic and we had to sit in the bar away from our friends.
Still waiting a call back from management as the room had a drain problem and had the worst smells from the bathroom. Didn’t get offered to move to another room until we booked another hotel and left.
The cleaner came up and sprayed air fresher and told us they know about the problems and still proceeded to put us in the room
The bar was excellent, with interesting drinks and delicious pizza
The breakfast buffet didn’t look very appetising, so we decided to skip it
Breakfast was good
Limited dinner menu
It’s a lovely location. Excellent choice of seating areas for drinks, food or simply chatting. Everywhere comfortable and the outdoor covered area is welcoming, even when the temperature drops because there are blankets.
We enjoyed playing tennis and the use of the pool.
There was a very long wait for food at lunchtime. We were sitting at a table on the lovely lawned area, and when the food did eventually arrive, it was cold. We did mention this at the time, but we were all famished so we carried on regardless.
I booked a £263 pound room for a night
The photos had a roll top bath and the room ‘rose’ where we were put we much smaller older and dirtier than the photos
The whole room was underwhelming
Broken window sills
Dust and cracks in the walls
