I could go on and on about what I liked. This is an exceptional hotel. The staff, facilities, room, bathroom, everything is top quality. I would most certainly go back again.
I honestly can't think of one thing that I didn't like. Maybe the fact that the roof top bar closed at midnight during the week, would have been nice to have had it open later but maybe that's a licensing law.
I had a wonderful experience when I stayed here. On the beach Jonathon and Nick were fantastic. Great service. Massage at the spa was amazing. Room service as well.
Huge thank you to Medvin and Marcus for taking such great care of us by the pool! They were always smiling, remembered our orders, and made every day so much more enjoyable. Their kindness and genuine hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. We looked forward to seeing them each day, and they truly made our vacation even better. Hope to see you both again on our next trip!

The whole experience was honestly pretty flawless. The team here make everything feel very boutique / personal despite the size of the resort. I have to mention Claudia. B over at Aviv and Kristian spinning up relaxing moods at Watr. For me an experience at the 1 is as much about all of our interactions and service / staff experiences as the accommodations and amenities themselves and these two team members are HUGE assets to your in house family! We were sat at an amazing table and had absolutely amazing service. Our waiter was Jerome, and he was incredibly attentive and brought us things before we even asked. I would say honestly best service I’ve had in Miami, especially on the beach. Thank you for making my friends birthday so special!
