The location was really good, close to the train station and some grocery stores nearby.
Pros:

The location was great and our request for a late checkout was also accommodated which helped with young kids as we had a late afternoon flight and it was difficult in the midst of the heatwave to go out anywhere.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom and there was no iron or ironing board available in the room. I think for the price, this is a basic amenity to provide for the guests.

We enjoyed our stay, hotel was equipped well and the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate any

The staff were amazing - polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was incredible each day - well stocked and fresh.

Cons:

Did not realise jacuzzi access was an additional paid option, mistakenly thought this was an inclusion in accommodation rate.

We were right by a very busy dusk track. Lots of traffic...and lots of sirens.

Καθαριότητα, πρωινό πλήρες, ευγενικό προσωπικό, κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς

Cons:

Η αντιμετώπιση της διεύθυνσης στο αίτημα μου να γίνει αλλαγή των δύο δωματίων που είχα κλείσει πριν από οχτώ μήνες και είχα ήδη πληρώσει.
Τα δωμάτια δεν ήταν αυτά που έχουν αναρτηθεί και στα οποία είχα οποία είχα μείνει τις προηγούμενες φορές που είχα επισκεφτεί το ξενοδοχείο. Στην παράκληση μου να βρεθεί μία λύση μου είπαν ότι αυτά έχουν και ότι αν δε μας αρέσουν να μας δώσουν τα λεφτά μας πίσω και να φύγουμε!
Την άλλη μέρα μας μετέφεραν σε δύο άλλα δωμάτια αλλά και αυτά δεν ήταν από τα καλύτερα.
Λυπάμαι πολύ για αυτή την αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση, γιατί επιλέγω πάντα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και εγώ και οι φίλες μου. Αν θα είχε γίνει εκ των προτέρων μία ενημέρωση θα είχαμε βρει και οι δύο πλευρές μία λύση ευγενικά και πολιτισμένα.

Nice., clean hotel with extremely professional and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the facilities were great.
