Oké om 1 nacht te verblijven maar dan zou de prijs wel naar beneden moeten.
Pros:

De hotelmedewerker Joan was het beste aan dit hotel. Hij was altijd geduldig en vriendelijk. Hij probeerde altijd een oplossing te zoeken voor de problemen, al lukte dat niet bij alle klachten. Hij was altijd heel professioneel en aardig voor de gasten.
Het ontbijt was prima. En het zwembad was ook oké, wel moet ik daarbij opmerken dat het in de 8 dagen dat wij er waren niet 1 keer is schoongemaakt.

Cons:

De lijst is lang: de hygiëne op de kamer is beneden alle pijl. Vlekken op de lakens, pluizen en stof in de hoeken van de kamer. De douchekraan valt steeds naar beneden wat heel vervelend is als je in het smalle bad staat te douchen. En het water loop slecht af. Een airconditioning die het niet voldoende trekt (logisch want er zat een grote kier tussen het raam en het kozijn. Er is een balkon maar je hebt geen stoelen om erop te kunnen zitten. De lift (een piepkleine lift voor Max 4 personen voor 50 kamers - dus 100 gasten - is sowieso al onvoldoende)was de helft van ons verblijf buiten werking. De kamers zijn ontzettend gehorig voor geluiden vanaf de straat, een drukke doorgangsweg. Bovendien was het absoluut geen goede prijs-kwaliteit want het is niet goedkoop.

El desayuno bastante aceptable la verdad.la piscina bien.

El hotel parece que está en 1 polígono,esta roto por donde mires todo,dejado,sucio,descascarillado,las sombrillas reventadas.no hay absolutamente nada que esté encondiciones salvo el desayuno,el orecio y la piscina

Le personnel de l hôtel était a l écoute.

La chambre q ont nous attribuer était sale, et l hôtel en général n est pas digne d' un hôtel a 3 étoiles .

Moisissure au dessus du lavabo, moisissure autour de la baignoire et carrelage, baignoire constamment bouché,le ménage laisse a désirer,le lit de mon fils 14 ans pas adéquate pour son âge.franchement nous sommes dégoûté de la prestation Vu le prix.
Pour moi il y a un décalage entre le personnel et l hôtel.Car le personnel sont gentils ils font leurs travail comme ils peuvent.

La piscine et l'emplacement.

Cons:

La moisissure sur les joints de la salle de bain. Pas d'équipement de jardin sur la terrasse. Climatiseur pas nettoyé avec de la moisissure à l'intérieur. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Matelas fin dans certaines chambre ou de hauteur différentes. Coussin pas confortable et détérioré.

Fantástico desayuno, zumo de naranja natural y muy completo. Camas y almohadas cómodas.

Cons:

Solicitamos cambio de habitación por encontrar pelos en el baño. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, pasaba cerca de las cinco de la tarde, interrumpiendo el descanso de después de comer. Comunicada esa deficiencia en recepción, nos dicen que es por falta de personal y hotel completo. Creo que por parte del hotel debería de haber reaccionado con algun tipo de compensación. Nada. Se ofrece parking gratuito y no lo es. Mobiliario sobado y obsoleto. Cortinas de baño manchadas de humedad, el pestillo del baño se caía a cachos.
