El trato del personal

Cons:

El cuarto no está en condiciones de recibir huéspedes.
Baño en estado deplorable
No había jabón ni shampoo
Perdidas de agua en la pileta del baño
La cortina de la regadera no llegaba al piso y el agua mojaba todo.

I'd stay again based on location and price.
Pros:

price was good for the area. Room and facilites vary depending on which side you stay on, one side is newer than the other since this used to be two hotels combined into one.

Slight oder in room, worn down a little.

Cerca del aeropuerto tienes una buena opcion de hospedaje
Pros:

Hospedarse en Monterrey no es economico y cuando tienes vuelos agendados debes ir pensando en un lugar cerca del aeropuerto, este hotel es una buena opcion, tienes un par de restaurantes externos a tiro de piedra!

no hay restaurante, el desayuno es simple, al muy estilo hotel americano

La estancia fue excelente. Resalto la calidez de los empleados del hotel. Habitación muy limpias y organizadas. El desayuno excelente, muy variado para mi gusto. Sin duda, al volver a MTY, me hospedaría nuevamente.
