Cons:

Strong smells of mouldy and too wet, need to install DVS to keep room warm and dry. The price even expensive than Horizon By Skycity, but do not give milk or bottle water.

Pros:

Excellent location to cafes, shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Cold - no duvet on one bed just a bedspread in midwinter. Some advice from staff re travel times needed more thought.
