Pros:

We had a fantastic stay, but what made it truly special was the outstanding service at the front desk. The team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and that level of effort is never taken for granted. Thank you for a wonderful stay and unforgettable hospitality!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Even leaving at 4:30 am they are smiling and making coffee. Even if we stayed 3 in one room the fantastic cleaning lady’s made it fresh and nice every day :)

Five star staff and great attention to detail
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. They had cute attention to detail with news updates and weather forecasts for the next day, nightly chocolates and a great breakfast selection. Palermo is a safe area and has plenty to offer.

Cons:

The only slight drawback is that it’s a fair distance from any of the subte stations, a good 20 mins walk to either of the two closest. Just something to bear in mind!

Pros:

The staff were very attentive, felt like they were a true family. Very helpful. Breakfast good. Gave us a kettle for the room when we asked.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like. Would recommend. The room was a little small but they did the best with the space they have.

Cons:

Tinha um grupo de idosos brasileiros que chegavam entre 1 e 6 da manha tudo disperso e gritando, isso atrapalhou um pouco a experiência mas de resto estava tudo otimo

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Mine Hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, curata e confortevole, in un’ottima posizione per visitare Buenos Aires e in particolare la zona di Palermo. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento.

Da menzionare in particolare la colazione, davvero eccellente, varia, curata e con prodotti di ottima qualità: sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura.

A wonderful place, hidden a bit away from the busy tourist streets. Tastefully decorated with a nice garden, swimming pool, and spa. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant—we really felt welcome. The reception provided very helpful guidance on local activities, which made our visit memorable!
