Excelente, buena atención
Great Hotel in Cartagena, excellent location with direct access to nice beach, close to small super market, restaurants in a nice and safe zone of city.
The pool is great and the staff is always ready to attend guests in all hotel. The restaurant "Bucanero" has a wonderful and very wide range of options, since breakfast to dinner you can enjoy your time there. Ask for José a senior waiter, he can help you in a very professional way always.
This hotel is a good choice for your stay in Cartagena, Dann Hotel is a good deal for your money.

Es un lindo y cómodo hotel. Tiene una ubicación maravillosa.
Que el ascensor no para en cada piso, sino en entrepiso, por lo que hay que bajar o subir algunas escaleras para llegar a la habitación. El desayuno es muy monótono cuando se tiene una estadía de más de 2 días.
La atención excelente, todo el personal muy atento.
La piscina tiene acceso a la playa, me encantó.
Me colocaron en una habitación muuy buena,pero le faltaban muchas reparaciones,el baño social botaba mucha agua,y la pared detrás del baño principal estaba en muy mal estado,por lo demás muuy bien y esto lo comenté en la recepción, un técnico cancelo el baño porque el arreglo era muy complicado.

a configuração do elevador que so fica entre os pisos, entao vc tem que subir entre o 3 e 4 piso para depois ddescer para o 3. do lobby tem que subir un meio piso para pegar o elevador.
A internet ficou mais de 1 dia sem funcionar nos quarto sem ter resolução
